Ordered 2 pairs + 1 for free. Tried 2 sizes that should match my baby’s feet, but all were way too wide. Customer service is responsive but you can’t return items, just get new pairs. So this means by default what you paid for 1 pair is way too much if it’s so easy for them to send new pairs and there is no way to get your money back.
First time exchange was for free, then by purchasing a shipping label. I tried this once but no shoe fits, would be surprised to see any baby walking on them. So ended up with 4 pairs that are useless. It’s purely marketing, all looks promising on the website/social media but bad quality in reality.

Hi from Amsterdam. Ordered 3 pairs. Customer service was helpful. When arrived, 2 shoes were very wide despite the right size so I tryed to make return. But web page and email are not working, soc.media was not updated from 5 July and had auto reply... Have no idea how to reach the company.

Hi from Germany. This is really frustrating. I've ordered two pairs of shoes. To be fair: I first ordered the false color for the first pair and they changed it really quickly before the order was dispatched. BUT when the shoes arrived and I noticed, that the 2nd pair was far to wide in width for my sons feet, they offered me an extra pair of shoes for free instead of the possibility to send it back. What is one pair of unused shoes worth today? Shall I just throw it away? By the way: Which child has such broad feet? And even with that offre, I ought to buy a new 4$ label for the delivery. I don't want it, I want to send it back. Next offer: again, feel free to chose another pair of shoes. Now my response, that I don't wan't it but I want to send the shoes back never arrived, because the site is offline. What kind of SCAM is this?
Also: They're offering a 10$ coupon for positive reviews on trustpilots, so maybe don't trust all these good reviews, as they're bought.

Very comfortable, easy to wear and great looking shoes for my 1-year toddler! She loved the pompon shoes instantly & is eager to wear them every time we go out. Looking forward to new releases soon.

The shoes I ordered are of great quality and look amazing, too. I needed to get 2 pairs in a different size and customer service was really quick to reply and offer a free exchange. Can't wait to receive them now :)

Very happy with this purchase! My baby girl loved her new shoes and I think it's because they must be very comfortable, and they look great! I bought more than one type and one of them is too wide...keeps falling off...what a surprise when they told me they are sending me a different shoe that will fit my baby's foot =D can't wait!

Shoes are durable, stylish, and great to play in for our 18 month old twins. Customer service is phenomenal as well. I needed to exchange a size because my son's feet are a bit bigger than our daughter's and it was so simple to get the updated size shipped in no time, no hassle. Love this brand.

Great customer service! I realized the shoes wouldn’t fit soon after ordering and the customer service team was quick to reply. Once we confirmed the shoes didn’t fit, they worked quickly to send a replacement. We can’t wait to try the shoes once they arrive!

Attention, this website is a SCAM! Worst service ever. I would put 0 stars if it was possible.
First, I order some shoes for my baby boy, paying an extra fee to have the parcel dispatched in 24 hours. The parcel wasn't of course dispatched within 24 hours. I contact the support, which took their time to contact me. They didn't even apologised and said that 2 out of 3 shoes where out of order. The website still says that these shoes are available (this is called a scam). The contact service give me two alternatives. I make very sure to say that I don't want any pink shoe. What do they send me? A pink pair of shoe! I told them that they should stop the parcel and cancel the order. The answer is: "If you do not like the color, you can contact us for an exchange after you get the parcel". And I didn't check yet, but I am pretty sure they charge for an exchange. I told you beforehand that I don't want pink!!!
So, I didn't get the shoes I wanted, I didn't get them on time and I had to pay for them. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this website, it is a scam and will steal your money and time.

Pompons has exceptional customer service and caters to the needs of their customers no questions asked! Their shoe socks are great quality and the designs are so cute! Can't wait to get so much use out of them and get the best of both worlds- shoes and socks! How good!!

Love the fit of the shoe for my toddler, sole is flexible and wide toe base- exactly what I want for my kiddo! The company has been really workable on my request to exchange sandal for smaller size too!
