100% would recommend this company for wedding / bridesmaids dresses, I am in love with my dress!!! Great quality, amazing prices, good fit but had the option to customise sizes if I needed to and it has pockets!!!! Also my dress arrived sooner than expected!!!

I ordered some fabric samples which arrived quickly and enabled me to see the good quality of the fabric and the actual colour. Very pleased with the quality of service and will definitely be ordering an outfit from them.

I ordered the Shawl Lapel Suit and requested a specific length in the pants, I tried the pants in and they were short on the length, and the pants were to tight. I requested to exchange the pants for a larger size and the length that I requested. I was given a reply that the suit was customer for me and they would not exchange the pants or provide a refund. I did not ask for a refund I usually and simply wanted to have larger pants at the length I initially requested that was not provided. It is interesting that companies always resort to informing you that they do not provide refunds when you have not asked for a refund. I offered to send the original pants received that are two short, and to tight back, and I was counters with the suit is customized, and they will not provide a refund. This is sad when companies do not honor their word and policy and hide behind the fact that they are on the Internet and are a faceless entity with no accountability.

I was contacted a day or two by the company and was asked to allow them to rectify the matter. I was offered a new pair of pants with the correct length at no additional charge, and they have shipped the pants to me. I appreciate the fact that someone responded to my review and agreed to make things right. To The Pomuyoo Company, I would like to thank you and offer an apology for the bad review. It was written due to the denial of my issue, but you have corrected the issue and I am happy with resolution. Thank you for Old School Care and Customer Service. I appreciate you.

12/16/2025: So, I wanted to update my review of Pomuyoo, and my experience with them. I was contacted by them informing them that they wanted to correct the issue regarding the pants that I received from them and my review regarding the fact that they would not exchange my pants due to them being a special order which the order was not. The pants were shorter than my requested length yet my pants was a special order on a Shawl Lapel Suit. Well after they read my review they offered to correct the issue and send me pants at the length I requested it has been five days since the order was supposed to have been shipped to me. I ordered the suit for my son's wedding. Well since the replacement pants have not arrived I will have to have the original pants altered so that so have a suit to wear. Unfortunately, the pants will not have my traditional cuffs, be full legged or the length that I require or requested. I thought that I had gotten the kind of treatment that was old school where a business makes right in wrongs that they have committed. Well, I am out of the needed pant. I will have to see if the pants can be saved or if I will have to buy another pair of pants or suit in order to attend his wedding. I will not be doing business online again. I will go the traditional route and go into a store and do things old school. I wonder if they actually sent the pants as stated.

I received the pants as stated by the company that they were shipped. Unfortunately, the event I needed them for has past. I am thankful that they responded to my concern and shipped me the proper pair of pants. The quality of the material was acceptable to good. My concern is the location of the company and where they ship from in order to meet needed expectations of consumers. The staff should read emails and measure items per specification in order to alleviate issues such as mine, and that will save the company time and money. My review is a 50 50 split. They appear to be a good company, they respond very quickly, and I am hopeful that I may use their service in the future. I will be more intentional and ask questions moving forward when utilizing them. Happy Holidays to them and to everyone that reads this review.

I searched everywhere looking for a Mother of the bride outfit before I came across Pomuyoo website, hardest part was deciding which dress to choose as there's so many stunning ones, I absolutely love my dress and cant wait to wear it in a couple of weeks time, you can pick an outfit that you like then pick the colour you want as again there's so many to choose from all at excellent prices, I DEFINATELY recommend

Dress had thread pulled from it all over the place. Had to battle for a refund for ages and I still have not been able to get the £13 I paid to return the dress back. They are just ignoring my emails now. Terrible customer service.

I was skeptical but over the moon when it arrived, exactly as the picture and colour shown on the website.
The made to measure was perfect as i am very small and struggle to find the right length. It was spot on!
The option of zip or ribbon on the bodice was great and it was a good strong zip.
Delivery was fast and efficient.
Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

I ordered a suit for my son, i was not sure about the order because i did not know if it is a geniune company, though it took more than 3 weeks before my order got delivered which i was disappointed however, i was blown away when i saw my son’s suit. It fits him perfect, i am very impressed. Pomuyoo is my new suit shop for my sons.

I always expected to order a dress bigger than my usual size however even after measuring myself the size was wrong. The stitching on the dress itself was uneven and slanted which was obvious when wearing - for the cost i did not think this was acceptable. The material was cheap and of poor quality. I paid £30 for expedited shipping however when i tried to return the item i was told i had to pay a further £30. I do not recommend buying from this supplier as i have had constant issues with limited support, when trying to return the dress. All i was told was to find someone to alter the dress and they would pay, however when you order a dress you should not be expected to do this, the dress should never have been in such a poor state. It has gotten to the point where ive not even bothered to return the dress as the £100 I spent overall, i am only looking at a £30 return. NOT WORTH IT, SCAM BEHAVIOUR!

Not only was the dress easy to order, it fit exactly like the measurements said. I was surprised at how quickly my order came in. The night of my son's wedding, I received so many compliments on my dress.

I ordered a mother of the groom dress and was very nervous about the quality. The dress arrived after 11 days and it is absolutely beautiful. The colour is amazing (so many colours to choose from) and it fits perfectly. You can have your dress customised to fit your exact measurements free of charge!!!! Great quality, great customer service and great value for money. I will be using them again.

Ordered a dress for my sons wedding. When it arrived there was no resemblance of the picture. I even took it to a seamstress to see if it had been stitched in correctly and they agreed that even with alterations they wouldn't be able to make it resemble the picture.

The reply below is a standard reply they use. They already know the order number as they contacted me almost straight away offering a £20 refund whilst asking me to reconsider my review. When I told them I was not interested they offered me £100 credit. I would never use them again

From the time I placed my order to the time they were ready to ship out my dress, they kept me up to date with everything by checking to make sure my measurements were correct & I was happy with my choice. My Dress was Perfect.

I ordered a custom fit Mother of the bride dress Aug 10th got it Aug 29th. The material is good quality, the color was the same as the picture and it fits perfectly. I had questions and emailed the company and the lady responded fast and helped alot.

I ordered a beautiful dusty blue mother of the bride dress. I went with a standard size and the fit was perfect. Pomuyoo offered a range of fabulous styles and their communication was great. It arrived absolutely on schedule.

I was really unsure when I first ordered from this company. However the customer service was exceptional and the quality of the product is amazing. Shipping was super quick as well. I had an issue confirming my sizes as the suit was for my mum who doesn’t live close but customer service kept in touch and assured me. Don’t be afraid that this company is not legit as it is and I would have no problem ordering again. I purchased the 3 piece trouser suit in dusky blue

Pomuyoo is legit. I bought my oldest daughter & I customer made dresses from Pomuyoo for my youngest daughter's wedding. They both looked lovely! My daughter's dress fit great and looked so nice on her. My dress was converted to a tea length dress and did not fit well with that conversion & I was unable to wear mine, sadly. I was not able to return it for alterations so that it would fit me properly. However, their customer service is awesome. They reached back out to me with an offer that was more than fair. It let me know that they care about their customers. Thank you, Pomuyoo!
