We have just had a new carpet fitted through Ponsford and could not be happier with the service we received. From Karl who identified the exact carpet we wanted and measured up to Stuart and Joe who did a superb job fitting it. First class throughout and would recommend them without hesitation.

We just wanted to say a big thank you to Jonathan for helping us order our Tullia ALF nightstands, it wasn’t an easy task.
We’d also like to thank David, Mo and Ponsfords for making every effort to ensure the light on the nightstands worked as it should.
We are really pleased with the end result and can’t thank you enough, we wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

2 Stressless chairs, Sofa and 2 Venjakob units delivered and installed perfectly. Not easy access but they managed after measuring how to gain access. No damaged to items delivered - very unusual today! Excellent service throughout.

We visited the store today to view sofa’s and after some time of browsing Gavin asked if he could assist. We welcomed this and he was very helpful, informative with the sofa we were looking at in more detail. Along with Gavin’s help and advice we went ahead with ordering our new sofa. 10/10 service

Steve & Tom delivered our new Ercol furniture today. They were excellent, arrived a short time into the 2 hour time slot and were very efficient, placed b dust sheets down to protect the hall carpet, brought the furniture in, put it in place, adjusted the feet on both sofas, and on to their next delivery within about 15 mins.

From coming into the store and ordering furniture and a carpet, the staff couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Special thanks to Caroline and Carl. It was great to have the carpet fitted (by Stuart and William) and the furniture delivered (by Steve and Tom) on the same day. The guys were punctual and friendly and could not have given better service. Extremely pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Ponsford to anyone. They certainly go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Superb.

Had a lounge carpet fitted by Stuart and Will. They arrived early got straight on with the job in hand. Recently had both bedrooms done so knew their workmanship was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending Pondsfords and both fitters.

Had our first visit to Ponsford today and it was well worth the journey from Halifax.

Absolutely brilliant good old fashioned service! Caroline Cadman in the showroom could not have been more helpful with the purchase of our settee and today it was delivered ahead of time by Marino and Rob, who were both efficient and friendly. We could not be more pleased and will definitely be back for more in the future. Thanks to all concerned.

Had a hall, stairs, landing and lounge fitted by Stuart & Will. Karl did the measuring and was a really knowledgeable about the carpet industry, he helped us make the right choice for our needs, excellent sales consultant. Stuart & Will were lovely very polite, they were on time and worked really hard all day laying a difficult patterned carpet. The standard of laying is excellent all it it lines up where it should. They cleaned everything away and even vacuumed the carpet so everything was ready for us to put the furniture back, we cannot praise them enough for what they did and how they have done it to such a great standard, very impressed. Absolutely love our carpet thank you to the whole team for guiding us through the process and making the right choice.

We have bought several pieces of furniture over the years but more so during the last two years after moving home. The whole team from start to finish have been excellent. The customer service department (Catherine and Ylanda are always polite and professional). You wouldn’t wish to meet a better team of delivery drivers too (Steve and Tom). They are always respectful of your home which means a lot. Overall excellent choice when looking to purchase nice furniture.

Our delivery team was Steve and Tom.They delivered a sofa bed onto the first floor bedroom which was cluttered with other furniture due to work being done in another bedroom. They were friendly, efficient and professional but also extremely helpful in moving other furniture to make room for the sofa bed. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to both of them.

Our needs were discussed fully. There was no sales push as our options were given to us and we were then left to look at the chairs and sofas we were interested in to make our choice. Finally we returned a few weeks later to make our purchase which has come in as great quality and value for money.
Gavin Lane was fun to work with and clearly knowledgeable while discussing our needs. Reassuringly if there were any questions about the products and finances he could not answer accurately alone he sought advice from his very helpful colleagues.

We recently bought a sofa from Ponsfords and had a very good experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. The ordering process was smooth, and the quality of the sofa is excellent. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Ponsfords to others looking for quality furniture and great customer service.

My wife and I have visited Ponsford several times over the last month. Being very impressed with the range of products and the extremely knowledgeable sales team we ordered a lot of furniture for our new home. We did encounter a few specification discrepancies but these were handled professionally and promptly. In particularly the team in the FAMA and Venjakob section, Bilal and Alex have done an excellent job where nothing was too much much trouble for them to sort out. The whole store is simply a great place to visit (and they have a neat coffee shop).
