We wanted to send a receipt worth 1200$ to California. They assured us that the letter will be there in a few days. We paid the delivery and everything was fine. After 10 days we contacted them and they gave us other tracking number. The tracking number was showing us that the letter was in Riga. We called them one more time and they told us that there was a problem, but they said that everything will be fine and that the letter isn’t lost. After a few days they told us that the letter was in Argentina by accident. Their partners [TNT] confirmed that the letter was lost and that somehow there were 2 letters with different tracking numbers, even though we sent only one letter. After more days they told us that only the tracking number arrived there and not the letter [with the 1200$ receipt in it]. They confirmed us that our letter was lost. Not only did we wait more than a month instead of a week, the letter was lost. Pony Express even lied to us trying to cover the fact that the letter was lost. The experience was horrible, 0\10
I suggest that you won't use this company, it is very risky!
