Scammer! Never received package. Never got a refund!

Ordered a gear for transmission, after 4 weeks of no replies I was told they didnt have it in stock. I canceled my order, yet did not get my money refunded, so I was basically scammed. Now they do not even reply to emails.

I ordered a kit to aerox and after 3 weeks I finally got it and it was the wrong one . When I told them about it they said I doesn’t make any difference when there was seriously two holes in the front and the kit was completely different versus the pikture. Now I need to send it back and pay for shipping back which is another 80 euros. Worst company ever. Don’t order!!!!!!!

ordered some parts and got them all without any problems, shipping to denmark took a little longer than expected, but was not a problem.

I ordered from Ponziracing crankshaft and torque spring and I'm from Latvia! They were responding to every email/instagram text I wrote to them. Package came in +- 14 days since the day I ordered it! Almost 1 week it took for them to pack it and ship out, because of alot of orders incoming which I saw on Instagram story of them. And now it came, everything new and carefuly packed and just no problems with it!
I don't know about other people who have ordered from them and what has happened but I just wanted to share my experience with yall!

I strongly advice using credit card payment because in case something happens, you can get refund through your bank.
P.S. I ordered 27th April and got it 10th may!!!

I have been waiting for 1 year for mirrors worth more than 70 euros, I still have not received the parts and I have not received a refund, although the parts are marked available in stock on the website.
I strongly advise against Ponziracing, they are just thieves!

The product is good and good price the have all the parts you need but the only minus is that the shipping took 20-20 days and I paid 40€ for Express shipping so if they make shipping faster it’s a 5 start

Ordering process went smooth BUT....
They never respond to emails, they cant give you exact day when they are going to ship your goods, overall just lousy company and management. If you are gonna order something and risk it from them, order via paypay. It is more likely that you are going to get your money back if they mess up your order or if they do not ship it in 9 days (even though it says order processing time "2 days") and then you lose your patience and want to cancel and get your money back

I was not informed before sending the order that the part I needed was not available. I noticed it when the order reached me. My motorcycle waited for this part for 15 days and will wait for another order process. Ponzi Racing is not a serious company. It is hard to trust after this.

Parts from order are not the same as described on webshop.

After i asked for a refund they send the same message all the time saying that if i want a refund it will take 14 working days but it has been 3 months already.

I don't know about the many negative comments, but my delivery arrived in like 1 month later, I made the order start of April like 4th. I don't have anything negative to say since it came from Italy to Portugal and they didn't have it is stock they waited for it to come from from a factory maybe that's why it took longer, they notified me about every move and when it will arrive ext then it was sent to GLS, I wrote this with 4 stars so that you won't think it's another fake bought comment, if I'm honest I thought I also got scammed since I only checked after buying, I bought a very specific brake disc Wich only they had in stock and it's exactly as they said, I'm just writing my own experience I don't know anything about the other very negative comments where the delivery doesn't arrive ext ext, take care

Soltanto perso tempo, dopo l'ordine abbiamo ricevuto un rimborso via paypal che richiede 4 giorni perchè a detta del venditore il prezzo non era corretto. Dopodichè ci accorgiamo che alla mail di richiesta di disponibilità a magazzino ci aveva re inviato un link col prezzo aggiornato che purtroppo non abbiamo aperto perchè avevamo l'ordine pronto da pagare. Poteva avvisare prima di effettuare il rimborso e forse avremmo trovato un'accordo. TOTALE PERDITA DI TEMPO.

Just a waste of time, after the order we received a refund via PayPal which takes 4 days because according to the seller the price was incorrect. Then we realized that the email requesting stock availability had sent us a link with the updated price which unfortunately we didn't open because we had the order ready to pay. He could have advised before making the refund and perhaps we would have found an agreement. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

stocks of imaginary, fictitious parts simply after you pay for the product you are informed that it is not in stock and then it takes 3 weeks to get your money back

Ordered a in stock speedometer, after a couple of weeks and they still hadnt shipped it yet, i contacted them and they didnt have it in stock and wanted me to buy something else. I demanded a refund and a week went and still no refund. Contacted them again and they said the same thing again but this time i told them harsly that i wanted a refund. They told me to wait for 14 days and there refund department would contact me. Now a month later still bo refund. Scam company.

Bought an exhaust for my scooter the delivery took over 6 months and when it finally arrived the exhaust looked like a tractooor had driven over it😡

Smart SCAM!
I "bought" some stuff for a month, but nothing.
Only an invalid tracking number.
I didn't buy, I donated:-))
Very smart site:
- You can pay by paypal,
- they have social media with -not to old- contents,
- not to cheep, some parts sold out
- also parallel sites: .it, .com, .es, .fr etc.
So, if you going to try them, use paypal and small amount.
