A very reliable service
A very reliable service, I have used 'Airport Cars' often both too and from LHR airport. The online booking is straightforward with confirmation emailed within minutes. The driver's details are passed on usually the day before which is nice. These 'guys' know there stuff.

We did in fact send a car to pick you up, unfortunately it was late and you decided to drive yourself instead of waiting a little while, as we do not take payments up front it is wrong for you to say that we did not refund you, in fact despite us taking no money from you, we paid you £200 compensation.

Excellent, reliable service. Easy to book, and it is reassuring to receive reminders by text and email just before the journey. Both drivers for our trip to and from Gatwick were punctual, polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
