Never received item! I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pool filter back in June, said next day delivery for purchases over a certain amount (only reason I ordered from them). Next day received an email saying filter was on back order and would arrive the following week. Day before it’s due to arrive, another email pushing the date back. On the 3rd date change I called customer service and was assured my order was shipping and to allow 2-3 days for processing (so much for next day delivery). Again nothing. Received 2 more emails pushing the date back both times the day before it was set to arrive. Cancelled order and already received same filter from a different seller. Beware, they sell merchandise they don’t have and then ask you to review it.

Needed a new pool cover. You don't have my pool size. 7 x 14. Had to buy the smallest which was 18 x 24. Lot of waste. Kinda expensive. Don't need a solar one. Just a regular cover with the bubble so it can float. Nice product though.......Light weight & easy for an ole lady to remove & put back on.

Needed a pool filter - Pool Supplies Superstore was the only place that had any in stock. Was shipped and here within a week. Very happy with the product, the service and the price! Also was glad to see the sticker on the box that said it was a female owned business!! Will definitely buy from them again.

Website easy to use. Shipping took a while but the price was good.

Ordered a diving board and received what I ordered. The carrier that delivered it tossed it out at the edge of my yard by the road, which was 100 yards from house. I was home, but know one ever tried to contact me. Glad it was not stolen.

Shopping was easy But the product is garbage this is the cheapest made solar cover I have ever seen I would not buy one again unless this company sends me one that is good quality

Not happy. I purchased a pool liner that I didn't need. The box was never opened I returned the original order just like I received the item. When I called the pool store they stated it was used and the pool liner had sand in the box. I never opened the box. After several calls and no support I was charged a restocking fee and given a refund. Not a customer service friendly company.

Well we are into July and I have been unable to open my pool for the season. I ordered the replacement solar pool cover (8 year warranty) after it last only 3 years, back in June 18th. I called for an update, “where is my cover?” I will get it July 14th. So much for the Super Store. I will have 2 month pool season; shortest in 22 years! Thanks a bunch.

This is about Wanda the whale that I purchased. I believe its defective. It just turns in circles, I have tried everything, there is no debris and I have tried all range of suction per suction gage, I've had the lady bug and the whale in the past and they worked great in this same pool. So I am experience in how to use them, I've emailed pool supply to no response from them. All I want is a replacement from them preferably not the whale.

I can't give an experience as I have yet to receive my pool cover.

I ordered a pool vacuum which was a good price and arrived in the timeframe promised. It was, however, missing a key part. I called Pool supplies on a Friday and was told they would email the manufacturer who would then email me within 24 hours letting me know how they were going to handle the issue. On Wed I still had heard from no one so I called Pool Supplies. They said that they were missing information about my product and therefore the manufacturer could not respond to me. I gave them the information that they needed and they said again that they would email the manufacturer and the turn time to hear from the manufacturer would be 2-3 days. My issue is: shouldn't Pool supplies have reached out to me when they found that they were missing information? Had I not called them nothing would have happened to resolve my issue. They should have gotten the information from me the first time I called but we all make mistakes. They should be following up on these things and as soon as they heard back from the manufacturer letting them know that they needed more info they should have contacted me. As it is I am unable to use my pool vacuum until I get this part. I'll update this review when/if I hear back from Pool supplies or the manufacturer.

I needed a new solar cover. I found one at Pool Supplies Superstore and sent for it. They notified me it was on back order. This was not a problem, but it did arrive before the date that was sent to me. This is a wonderful company! Thank you for a great experience and delivery in a timely manner.

Very happy with pool supplies ordered!! They actually had the items we needed when all other local vendors were completely out of stock. Fast delivery and the items worked perfect!

ordered a couple of things recently, maybe 2 weeks ago, anyway one came the other did not no update no nothing from PSS

You shipped me old product, the picture showed yellowtreat2 with Chlorine Boost, you shipped me just Yellowtreat
The old product you shipped eats up chlorine. Please update your pictures or use 2 skus. This is bait and switch.
