What had originally started out as a negative situation was immediately reversed into quite possibly one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have both had with any company thus far. You can gage a lot from a company by the way they interact with their customers AFTER the sale. With that said, our sincerest appreciation goes to National Sales Manager, Darrell Dahlk, for going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that our satisfaction was put first instead of our transaction.

Couldn't be more pleased. Good product and service . Very happy with them would definitely refer them to others.

I'VE BEEN PLAYING POOL FOR A LONG TIME & HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED THE GAME ALL THROUGH COLLEGE & EVEN A LITTLE PROFESSIONALLY SO I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HIGH END TABLE & PRESS BOARD PLAY ROOM TOY. I WILL TELL YOU I HAD MY RESERVATIONS IN PURCHASING A TABLE ON LINE FROM FROM A UNKNOWN MANUFACTURER AT WHAT APPEARED TO BE A TO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICE, FOR ME IF IT DIDN'T HAVE THE NAME BRUNSWICK OR OLHAUSEN IT WASN'T A QUALITY TABLE. WELL THE BUDGET WAS A LITTLE TIGHT SO I TOOK A SHOT & PURCHASED A SPENCER MARSTON CATANIA TABLE FROM POOL TABLES .COM & ALL I CAN SAY WAS BOY WAS I WRONG, WHEN THE TABLE WAS DELIVERED I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH THE QUALITY & THE FACT IT WAS 100% REAL WOOD & THE FINISH WAS SECOND TO NONE. THE TABLE PLAYS AS WELL AS ANY TABLE I'VE EVER OWNED & THAT INCLUDES OLHAUSEN & BRUNSWICK. THE STAFF AT POOL TABLES .COM ARE EXPERIENCED & VERY HELPFUL & THE WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT & TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, THEY EVEN COMMENTED TO ME THAT THEY SELL THE OTHER BRANDS I MENTIONED HOWEVER WERE ONLY ABLE TO INSTALL SPENCER MARSTON TABLES BUT WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY THAT THEY INQUIRED ABOUT GETTING THE LINE BUT COULD NOT BECAUSE THE TABLES ARE ONLY SOLD DIRECT SO WITH THEM KNOWING TABLES BETTER THAN ME I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR ENDORSEMENT. IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY A REALLY GOOD TABLE & ARE ON THE FENCE THERE IS NO NEED BECAUSE I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER TABLE FOR THE MONEY, I'M VERY HAPPY I WENT WITH POOL TABLES.COM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

From the first time that I contacted this company via Email until I ordered my table they showed me that they are a professional company and customer service is their #1 priority. I was concerned about purchasing something like this without being able to see it in person first but after speaking with the sales person I was sold. He was able to explain everything about the products and answered all of my concerns. He also gave me the name of my local installer. I contacted him and he told that he had been working with Pooltables.com for over 5 years and said I would not be disappointed with anything I purchased. I returned to the website and placed my order.

My table was picked up by the installer, from the shipping company, and delivered to my home about 7 days later. The installer contacted me to set up a time to deliver and setup the table. After they arrived they spent the morning setting my table up and getting everything just right. They took the extra time to explain everything that they were doing and it was very interesting to watch the entire process going from several pieces to a beautiful finished pool table.

I am very please with the quality of the table and pool balls that came with it. The table also included a box of 12 cue chalks and the color of the calk matches my table felt. I also purchased a corner cue rack which matches the wood on my table perfectly. It also came with 4 high quality cues, a bridge cue, wood 8 and 9 ball racks, and 2 table top brushes.

This is a first rate company and they stand behind their products. If you are looking for a quality pool table that will give your family hours of fun this is the place !!!!!

This story started tough, but lately as a fairy tale became in a happy end.
I would say that as humans made mistakes daily , but when we focus in solutions this mistake vanish.

The pool table is beautiful and very well made. The white glove delivery service was fabulous. My husband watched the whole process of putting the table together and was very impressed. Everything went smoothly and on-time.

Great light, looks fabulous in the room. Was easy to hang within an hour. Would recommend to others.

I recently purchased this table from Pooltables.com. I am very happy with the purchase. The table is well made, constructed with heavy wood. It has a traditional appearance which reminds me of the tables I used to see in pool halls and clubs years ago. Its the kind of table that looks like it will last forever. I signed up for the "white glove" delivery and highly recommend it. I talked with the installer who delivered and installed it a few days later. Pool was a passion of my youth that I didn't think I would ever capture again. But thanks to this wonderful table I am finding the pleasure of billiards still there!
