So dodgy it’s unbelievable- ordered pool table as Christmas present - 3 weeks of no straight answers when late - every text was a promise of it will arrive next few days. it was to be “at warehouse in few hours” “ held up on roads” Finally said that coming on Christmas Eve - then claimed damaged table and couldn’t give.- would “ give replacement” ASAP but they didn’t want to disappoint child at Christmas so it was something we didn’t order or nothing. Promised it would be all set up that day in time. Turned up with pile of wood - told me Christmas Eve was their Christmas and refused to install it. Too complicated to do alone so I had no main gift for my son. Head of firm extremely rude when I asked for my money back ASAP- wanted to remove the wood pile and walk away with my money too. Shocked at their standards.

Ordered a pool table with a 4-6 week delivery slot. Their customer service is shocking and even after 15 weeks there’s still no sign of the imported table. No communication or customer m service. Shocking. Do not order, do not pay, they will not provide a service.
