Ordered, then nothing and can't contact!
I ordered 2 types of Lovibond tablets on 24th October, received confirmation of order from Pooltest, then nothing. 2 weeks later, I emailed them to ask if the order got lost somewhere in the system; no reply. 2 days later, I used the website's contact form to again ask what's happened to my order; again no reply. I phoned the 0800 customer helpline on 10th Nov, but got an answerphone - left a message. Today I got a 'Your order has been refunded' email, with no explanation. Appalling service!

PoolTest were efficient and delivered…
PoolTest were efficient and delivered the Dolphin SF60 as advertised.
The Dolphin range of pool cleaners is confusing as they produce a variety of models for each of their main OEM retailers. Thus the Dolphin SF60 is most similar in features & characteristics to the Dolphin M400 and best compared against this.
The SF60 has only the default cleaning mode available and I find it does not climb the walls of our in-ground ceramic tiled pool as well as advertised.

No problem with pool test but UPS were…
No problem with pool test but UPS were appalling.first they said delivery Thursday then cancelled and refixed for Friday and then did deliver on Thursday but no one in and left card saying would Re deliver on Monday but email said they had delivered and signed for!Had to check with my nelighbours they didn’t have the parcel.
Delivery was then made today Monday so all ok in the end but what a load of aggro.
