An excellent upgrade
Aside of any communication confusion, we received the pump when projected. The pump installed right into place of the old pump system. It would have been nice to have a new electrical system cable preinstalled with the pump, and we were able to educate ourselves and properly connect all electrical. The pump runs well, and is so very quiet. We are still learning how to operate it with our pool and believe it will help maintain our pool well. We would recommend it to others.

I would use them again
Everything was pretty good except some pictures of products and descriptions. I did not get what I needed and it was in the picture and not excluded from the description. However the return process was very easy and I will use them again.

Ordering and delivery excellent. Delivery was longer than I expected, but it is a rather large package. Delivered to my front porch on a pallet. 420 Sq ft pool filter. Very nice. I'm re-plumbing now. It's Pentair. I expect excellence in the product. Happy Customer.

Quality OEM parts for fantastic prices
I've been very pleased with my purchases from PoolZoom. Sometimes you don't know what you will get from internet sites that have great prices but I can verify that everything I've received was brand new and was OEM, arriving in the OEM boxes. This last purchase was a new Jandy salt cell and it was installed shortly after arriving and everything worked perfect.
