Dear Customer,

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your printer.

The product is covered by warranty during the first year and we also offer to purchase a 2 years warranty.

In your case, we were not able to offer a replacement because the product wasn't covered by the warranty anymore, we also advise our customers to recharge the printer once in a while if the product is not being used for a long time.

Like any other battery products, if the battery isn't charged for an extensive period of time the battery and can get damaged.

We offer repair services to replace the battery, if you would like to get this battery replaced you can contact us at support@poooliprint.com and someone will handle this for you. Alternatively, we will offer a discount towards the purchase of our newest printers.
