This printer is such a disappointment
This printer is such a disappointment. The printing is very faint and doesn't look as described. The whole thing was really expensive for what it is. Also when I open it to change the paper its very hard to get it back in place. It feels like it could break very easily. I wouldn't recommend.

continues to ignore return…
Company continues to ignore return request!
They have asked me to send pictures of the appalling quality of their product, and are now trying to blame it on the paper. Of course, they are also saying I can only return paper if the box is unopened - so, if you discover you got faulty paper, you can’t actually return it, because you opened it!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Am determined to launch formal complaint over non-compliance with Distant Seller Regulations.

Our support team is trained to provide the best service and we always try to solve the issues with the printer remotely before sending a replacement. It saves time for our customers so that they can use their product quickly and avoid waiting for a replacement.
There could be multiple reasons why the printer might not give the expected results (settings that you use on the app, calibration of the printer, cleaning of the print head, the way the paper is inserted).
The printer are sent calibrated and ready to use but if you have changed some physical settings or settings on the app it is possible the printer need a checkup and our team is here to assit with that.
Once you find the good settings you should get the results as advertised. However, if you are still unhappy with our product or if you changed your mind, you are welcome to return it for a refund.
Therefore, we have provided our return address to you and we expect that you kindly return the product to us if you would like.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

Missing items
Update: On Thursday, November 17, I finally received the two "missing items", the hardcover and the semi-transparent paper roll. I didn't get the complimentary item that was offered, but that's ok, I got what I paid for.
UPDATE: Today, November 7, I received the washi tape that had to be reshipped because it did not arrive. Still waiting for the other two "missing" products that appear "delayed" and there is no movement update since October 28.
I ordered 6 items. I received an email stating that 4 of the 6 items were shipped. I only received 2 items. Another email indicates that the other 2 articles were shipped. I only received 1 item. In summary, out of 6 items I only received 3, while in your emails they say that they were packed and already delivered. I don't know if these inconsistencies happen often or if it has happened to other buyers. If I receive the missing items, I will say so. At the moment, I only give them 2 stars due to the uncertainty of the shipment. If I receive all the products, I hope to receive them because they were charged, I will talk about the product.
Response... I understand that the items are shipped from different warehouses but... I received two emails. In the first it indicates that four items were sent and only two arrived, it appears as "delivered" and I can no longer "follow" the order, since it appears delivered. I hope I have explained myself better. My name is the same of the Order.
I sent an email to customer service.
SECOND RESPONSE: THE COMPANY SHIPMENT A REPLACEMENT OF ONE ITEM, WASHI TAPE. WHERE ARE THE OTHERS TWO ITEMS: THE COVER CASE AND TRANSPARENT STICKY PAPER? AGAIN, THE COMPANY SENT TO ME TWO EMAILS, THE FIRST ONE WITH 4 ITEMS (ONLY RECEIVE TWO ITEMS) AND THE SECOND ONE WITH TWO ITEMS (ONLY RECEIVE ONE ITEM), IN EACH EMAIL, IN EACH SHIPMENT, I DIN'T RECEIVE ITEMS. PLEASE REACH THE FIRST ONE EMAIL. I "REPLY" THE FIRST ONE EMAIL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER.

Poooli ignores Distant Seller Law
The reply earlier from Poooli is nonsensical - I have already been in touch with their "customer service department", and they are aware of my request.
Poooli now says they don't accept opened items, apparently because they can't resell them. That is, of course, nonsense. Under Distant Seller regulations any company has to take the item back within 14 days. You can return an opene iPhone or a tried-on sweater without any problems, so why does Poooli think it doesn't have to? BS.

Love this device really cute and very easy to use BUT the quality of photos from iPhone is not to the standard promoted. I have the L2. Very speckled with large white spots throughout entire print … like a snow effect. I have tried different settings with the same result. Wondering if this particular unit it’s faulty ???
