All the photos showed a little purple case with the 3 mini Leucilin sprays but I was only sent the sprays! The photo is misleading!! Otherwise good fast delivery, thanks.

A great idea, my dog had an accident while out walking and cut her leg quite badly, it made me realise that it would have been useful to have a bandage with me at the time. So this is a neat little ki... See more

Great bit of kit

Really pleased with my first aid kit - it clips perfectly on my dog walking bum bag, is compact, and has all the stuff you’d need for an emergency. Would recommend 👌🏼

Worst Customer Service — But Plenty of Nerve

Absolutely awful experience. I placed an order with poorly paws becauseI saw their instagram but after I’ve ordered it. ZERO updates. I had to chase them down via email just to get my order dispatched — and surprise, they only moved once I reached out. Clearly, someone is there reading emails, but actually replying? Apparently too much to ask.

Then they send a dispatch email without a tracking number. I asked for it... crickets. No reply. No help. Just silence. It's like they go out of their way to avoid customer service entirely.

And then the parcel finally arrives… in a giant, half-empty box with ZERO protective packaging. Just the product bouncing around loose inside. No bubble wrap, no paper, nothing. For a first aid product, this is beyond careless!! it’s lazy and unprofessional.

And as if that wasn’t enough? they have the audacity to send me an automated email asking for a review. Oh trust me, here it is.

This company does not care about communication, accountability, or their customers. If you value your time, your sanity, or your pet’s safety, look elsewhere. Never again.

Perfect bit of kit to carry

Such a good kit to carry on walks. It clips on nicely and its peace of mind for us knowing that we're prepared if something were to happen.
The bags are really good quality and hold a lot for their size.

Thanks again!

Great kit

Great kit. I always clip it to my belt when canicrossing in the forest. Gives me peace of mind knowing that if anything happens, I'm prepared. The videos are very helpful. Good website, fast delivery. Very pleased

A great idea

A great idea, my dog had an accident while out walking and cut her leg quite badly, it made me realise that it would have been useful to have a bandage with me at the time. So this is a neat little kit to carry with me when out for the day just in case of accidents in the future
