the Aven Side Table i received was very low quality: it wobbles when assembled any time it is touched, and the parts do not fit together correctly, for example.
when i wanted to return it, pootoo china said i had to pay for return shipping.
that was not in any of the communication i received from them. anyhow, called my ccard co to cancel the transaction...
pootoo is a rip off. the product i received was garbage.
My room is pretty small, so this fits just right. I use it every single day - honestly, it's exactly what I needed!
My cabinet arrived with some minor dents on the panels. I contacted customer service, and they sent replacements right away - they were super helpful!
I got a folding rattan chair, a bookshelf, and a cabinet. I was impressed with how well everything was packed.
I've had this red iron nightstand for 3 months now and I still love it. The design is beautiful and the materials feel high-quality.

Pootoo sent me a damaged product, and they have done nothing to resolve this issue other than sending me an email saying sorry. I would not order furniture from here again.
Watch out for this company. My table was delivered in packaging that looked like it had come undone and then taped back together. The table was chipped, the sides of the shelves were unfinished and the finish on top had white spots that looked like bleach spots. When I contacted them they offered to send me a touch up kit. Obviously, that would not help the chips or the damaged finish. They said I could return it for a full refund…at my expense…TO CHINA. I am pursuing the matter with my credit card. I won’t be ordering furniture advertised by companies on Facebook Marketplace again.

Bought Orva side table. Took a month to arrive from China. Had to leave outside for days because the smell was so strong. Cheap piece of prefab garbage with uneven finish. Another hard lesson learned.also started receiving large amounts of spam and porn email directly after buying. A site and products to avoid.
