Absolutely dreadful. My order looked nothing like advertised and when I have emailed them to ask for a refund it came back with address unknown.
I would definitely NOT recommend using this site to anyone.
If they happen to read this maybe they could get in touch with me about getting my money back.

AVOID this Instagram scam

Ordered items that never arrived. It was the courier tjst delivered to the wrong address and it went missing. This company don't want to know and say to speak to the courier, courier says the sender must contact them. Now Pop Grocery block all emails and nothing can get through to them. They take people's money and that's it. Proper scammers , avoid avoid avoid!!!

I would give zero if possible. Ordered 3 pack bra. 40c what arrive was an A cup. Supposed to be support but the material was cheap and flimsy. Website down.. suspect it's a scam . Steer far clear

Shocking experience
Do NOT use this company . I have tried many attempts in returning an item in accordance with their returns policy which has now resulted in my emails unable to be delivered . Interesting that they no longer want to liaise with me . I am now at a financial loss with a product I am having to keep that is not fit for purpose .

If I could give this company Zero I would ordered the 3 pack comfy bra. 42F they are having a laugh. They wouldn't fit an A cup. Material pretty but too thin. Steer clear of this company they are scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought items that were not suitable and not as expected but trying to send them back for a refund is an impossible task. Even with the order number they keep asking for photos of the items, the QR code, the packaging. Avoid at all costs this company

Do not order from this company . They keep you updated very well to be fair on the status of your parcel…it arrives at least double the length of time your told at ordering. Worst is yet to follow….the quality of the multi pants I ordered is that bad ,my wife is still laughing at the fact I was so gullible to belief this wasn’t a con. They’re no thicker than a forensic suit and that’s all I’m saying

I am really disappointed with this company I have paid for 3 no pairs of multi pants trousers on the25th March,I still have not received them.l have contacted them a good few times to asked what is happening,said they have arrived in Cambridge warehouse on 22nd April. I called this warehouse,they said they don’t have any records of these items.Will not be using them again,nobody should use them not trust worthy.very disappointed customer

Given 1 star as couldn't put zero. Ordered an advent calendar which arrived nearly 2 months late. Items weren’t as described and half of them were damaged. Emailed customer service and was offered a small refund not even half of the cost. Now been waiting since December 2024 and still no refund. Always receive a reply but just with excuses. Won’t buy from again and would avoid making any purchase from this site.

Order a night dress for myself took a month to come looked nothing like the images and the bust was the size of doritos 🙃 awful plastic fabric not jersey like the images so If you have a tortilla chip size bust and like the feel of plastic and don't mind the item coming unstiched before you even try it on this is the shop for you , don't sound appealing no didn't think so

These people are scammers be careful. I received a item took months to arrive. When it did the item was smashed to bits. When I asked for refund for this £50 item. They offered £8 saying it allined with what I ordered why would I order a smashed up item. Do not buy from these you may not have our consumer protection and you may lose all your money. AVOID...

Taken more money than invoiced for and item never arrived. Ignore emails .

The items were not delivered within the time specified. Eventually delivered on 3rd Jan, so too late for the Christmas gift it was supposed to be
The regular tracking updates were nothing to do with my order, in fact they were tracking a parcel from the USA, whereas mine was coming from China
I eventually received a tracking order, correctly relating to my parcel, but this was written in Chinese which I could not read. Considering I am in the UK I find this bizarre
Furthermore, the last tracking link received today redirects to an unknown page 404
All in all, this has been a very unprofessional experience that should be urgently addressed by the company

Appalling customer service
Saw some gifts on instagram, Ordered 3 items via pop-grocery uk on 21 November. Still waiting for them. The tracking says they have been in Manchester since 21 December and no update since then. I’ve emailed and keep being advised to stay patient and the will arrive! Refusing to give a refund.
People be aware!!

This company is not recommended, poor quality items, not as depicted in photos. Extremely poor quality customer service, very unpleasant dealing with them. Items damaged and they insist I post to China and the cost of return is almost the cost of the items.
