Ma commande passée en août n’est jamais arrivée. J’ai tenté de contacter POP-line par e-mail, téléphone et message Instagram : silence total. Service client inexistant, aucune réponse, aucune aide. C’est honteux. Je me sens totalement arnaqué(e) et je déconseille vivement cette boutique.
Ho acquistato una cartella marca Jeune premier che in Italia non si trova, ho anche scritto una mail per delle precisalazioni e mi hanno subito risposto! Abbiamo accordato la spedizione più consona per poterla avere prima dell'inizio della scuola e sono stati disponibissimi. Quindi per quanto mi riguarda seri ed affidabili. Ottimo.
