Ordered popcorn. Was meant to be next day delivery. Nearly a week later and nothing. Emailed them and they said Monday. It’s Monday and still nothing.
They respond quick on their emails though.

Love the prices
Love the prices. Unfortunately I ordered wrong size lid for my candy floss machine, also purchased here. The return process is not good at all. DPD advised me to get in touch with A1, which I did but was informed I would have to return by myself. It is a big box therefore not an easy task.

Delivery time is ridiculous, don't pay for next day
I placed an order on 25 October, paid for next day delivery & still received nothing. It was an item I'd bought for a Halloween party & very very disappointed in service & lack of communication. Hoping I'll receive full refund as obviously I don't need the item as not replied in time. Don't use this company unless you're happy to wait cpl weeks
