I wish I had read other reviews before purchasing, ordered a 25kg sack of popcorn only for the order to be cancelled with NO contact or explanation, wasted a week of my time waiting for it to arrive, ordered from A1 equipment instead.
I received half my order and was promised a refund which has not not been repaid. I run a small group who cannot afford to lose this money.
Very poor!! Ordered 2kg bag of salted popcorn for my son’s Xmas. Sent sweet/salty. Took nearly 3 weeks to respond and replace it then they only sent half the order.!! Still waiting for the rest. Despite calling and emailing several times they are just ignoring me. One unhappy child in my house. Very poor after service when they get the order wrong. Not once but twice.
