I bought a dress a month ago and it unfortunately didnt fit, so i sent it back straight away and i still havent been refunded. Ive rang 2 different numbers for the company and had no answer, and had no replies from emails or messages. Poor service do not reccommend

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered some items a couple of months ago and still haven't recieved them. Contacted them twice and no reply and have the nerve to take the money out of my account! So angry, STAY WELL AWAY FROM POP COUTURE!!!!

Place an order over a week ago not received anything emailed them twice no reply. Then today receive an email rating the items when I haven't even received them.

Bought an item and paid for it over a week ago and although I have e mailed the company and sent message through Facebook, I have received no update on where my item is. On their joke of a web site, my order status claims it is 'awaiting fulfillment' but they have taken the money from my account.
Don' get caught out with this shower of unprofessional. I did, and now, I have no item and no money.

I ordered and waited a week to receive my order. When i received there was an item missing! I have contacted them on numerous occasions and have not have any response. I have also returned an item and now i am worried that I wont get my money back for that as well. No way to contact them by phone and as it stands I am £47 down! Not happy at all! Terrible customer service

I have never experienced. Customer service like this EVER. Waited a week for delivery, returned item, to be fair was a lovely jumpsuit but too small, sent it back 1st class now they say haven't received it and no communication to what I do next, no wonder they don't have a contact phone number grrrr

I bought what I thought was a lovely cream/pale yellow lace skater dress. When it arrived it was the most appalling dress I have ever seen! The quality was so cheap, more a yellow with brown tacky very very cheap material squiggles on it, like some Christmas decoration. Did not try the dress on, and for the price didn't send it back just threw it away. Will not be buying from them again, as dress was poor quality and very different from the dress advertised!!!

Lovely fit out standing value for money. It's a very vibrant colour mint green for the summer evenings,
can be worn with camisole or just with bra if one is little more daring.

I bought it on Monday and want it before Good Friday. It's amazing and got super fast delivery. With 1st class delivery I got it next day. Will buy again.

Clothes not true to so size so had to return, after receiving a second time it was still only 1/4 an inch bigger than first so would have to have bought an 16/18 to fit, I'm house of Fraser and John Lewis 8/10 the returns policy is non existent so couldn't be bothered to keep paying for a poor quality I'll fitting skirt a third time. Wouldn't recommend or use this company again. Cheap tat get what you pay for unfortunately I should have listened to my own advice
