Our washer is broken and parts are on back order. We were stressing bad, we hadn't done laundry in 9 days and we were running low on clean clothes. Poplin was super easy to schedule, app was easy to navigate and understand, open communication with our service pro. I felt relief when I got all my stuff back, over joyed it was folded, and no longer feeling guilty because my kids had no clean clothes. Pick and delivery was a God send, we are a busy family with no wiggle room.

Kaye is very professional. She is never late for a pick up/drop off. My clothes are always so neatly folded and sorted. I love the convenience and the price is great!

What an incredible service Poplin truly offers! Discovering this resource is a total game-changer. No more hauling heavy laundry baskets up and down stairs, loading the car, driving to the laundromat, waiting hours for wash and dry, then lugging everything in the car again and carry the baskets back UP the stairs. Whew! I’m exhausted just writing it! My laundry pro picked up my unsorted, soiled items—including clothes, throw rugs, bedding, and towels—and returned them all brilliantly folded in less than 24 hours. I asked for a few pieces to be hung on hangers I provided, were beautifully packaged in garment bags with adorable bows. The cost is surprisingly affordable, and when you add up the convenience, it’s an absolute bargain! Poplin is now my go-to for laundry care—an unbeatable experience!

I enjoy using Poplin. I have now been using the service for seven months and I love it. It has made my life 100% easier.

My poplin washer never showed up when contacting customer service they had a don't care attitude of we will find you someone else. My clothes were outside waiting because your poplin pro lied and gave estimate of time of arrival two times to no show. I made my request the day before it wasn't a express order or last minute order.

Fast, kept informed, top quality

I used Poplin 6 times. The last time I sent my laundry out 15 items came back slashed-like through the center of sweatshirts, along the front of sweatpants, same with my towels, etc. I had to give the photos of the issues along with the name, description and price of every single item 3 times. After all of this I was told to purchase the items and they would then determine what could be approved. I asked for a guarantee and they could not give one. They didn’t even refund my laundry service. Some of the clothes were new from Christmas. Some were special one of a kind items. It was an incredibly disappointing experience. They do not honor their warranty and I will never use them again.

I absolutely love Poplin! The service is outstanding, and the next day delivery is a huge bonus. The pricing is great, my laundry always comes back neatly folded, and it's delivered right to my front door. You really can't beat that. Thank you, Poplin, for making laundry so easy!

My laundry pro was so professional and kind and was very accurate on the timing of her pickup and drop off of my laundry which really meant a lot to me. The care and service that was put into the way my laundry was done was amazing. This laundry pro is amazing my clothes were folded as if they were done by true professional. I’ve been using this service since 2022 when I ended up with Covid and even though I have moved to a downstairs where I don’t have to take stuff up and down the steps, I still use the service. I think it’s changed a little. I don’t like some of the changes I used to be able not to supply my detergent and it was paid for now if you want dryer pad, you have to, and it doesn’t say if it’s load or if it’s for your whole load but overall I do recommend it to people

My laundry pro is the best. She’s so kind & quick to respond too. I love that my laundry is picked up & dropped off folded/clean. What a blessing!

The individual who picked up my laundry, did a great job. They were communicated throughout pick up, washing, and folding, and drop off. They even picked up my laundry in the morning and had it delivered that evening, a whole day sooner than expected.
