Stolen artworks of mine were on the Poppins website without my permission or any commission being paid to the artists. What-ever excuse is on the comments by other artists below, it is the companies responsibility to ensure they have permission to sell the artworks. Aside from that the quality of the prints would have been very bad and reflect badly on my reputation because the low resolution of the images on the site that Poppins unlawfully took them from. On their own website it is impossible to find contact details to email them directly. I only found the email address here on TrustPilot so that speaks volumes to me.

My images are in your shop, without having given you any permission to do so. Do take these off your shop site immediately, you have no right to market or sell any prints of my artwork. As I cannot find a contact number or email I have to put it up here. Brigitte Yoshiko Pruchnow

I am the artist David Snider, and they are selling my prints and making profit off my work. This was brought to my attention by another online site that they stole my work from. Shameless, stealing from struggling artists and making money off their work.

My experience with Poppins Shop was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish and in every respect. Their product is worth every dollar and their customer service is priceless. I received regular updates, clear and professional communication, and a personal touch indicative of a store that truly cares about their product and their customers. Despite ordering from the United States, I received my order very quick, and it was packaged securely and in pristine condition. I will certainly be ordering from them again, and soon!

I was really surprised at how amazing the printing/stretching came out, and the incredibly careful packaging for the print. I ordered a large stretched canvas of a rare artwork, which only this shop offered. Really beautifully done, all around. Thumbs up on that. I had some inquiries about the shipping timeline/tracking, and they were promptly answered as well. In the future, I would be helpful to receive the tracking number when the item ships. Otherwise, I highly recommend this shop for really quality work.

I initially had slight reservations of a company from Viet Nam, a region which for me, in the UK, was entirely out of my comfort zone, but which proved to be entirely misplaced once in contact. I was impressed by their immediate reply to all queries, helpful attitude, and updated progress reports, producing exactly what I had hoped for, an exceptional print of faultless quality. Delivery was equally efficient, and based on my experience I can certainly recommend.

Bought a great little print for our new house and had it printed in canvas. Very pleased with the results! It’s still rolled up unframed because we haven’t moved yet, but will send a photo once we get it framed and on the wall.
