Purchased a pair of converse online and very pleased with the service would use again

I ordered a baby outfit for a baby shower online but due to a computer glitch the computer allowed me to order the out of stock item. The manager was really helpful and called to discuss other items that were available in that size. She also arranged for my outfit to arrive by Saturday for the baby shower. Really pleased with the outfit. Good price, fast delivery. Would use again! Sara

I ordered the stuffed yellow labrador and it arrived quickly and is perfect for what I need - I'm a dog trainer and wanted a stuffy to use with dogs who don't like other dogs, getting them calm from a distance. Thank you!

My 3 year old daughter wanted to buy the push along soldier for her 1 year old brother as she has the fairy. The soldiers head hasn't been put on straight (which bothers me but not my son) but my son loves it.

Excellent product delivered on-time

I have ordered from this place 3 times and have always been so happy with my items and such speedy service. This last time I messed up my order but you soon fixed it! thank you for being so patient with me! Second to non customer service

No problem with the products or prices, however, ordered twice from here and both times had terrible customer service. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time - never again!

Update: the response below states incorrect address by my own admission. Had the address been sent to my PayPal address which is verified, or at the very least checked, the issue would have been picked up. Your responses to my emails were unacceptable and rude. Yes, the first order was refunded, but the hassle wasn't worth it.

The second order - I emailed regarding my delivery address as I checked out as a guest and put the correct address into the system, however, you sent an invoice with the incorrect address on. Despite ringing within your opening times, my calls were not answered, and I am still awaiting a reply to my email.

Ironically you can ring me twice within 90 seconds of me leaving a 2 star review, but not answer your phone within your opening times, or respond to an email. Please let this be the end of this. I don't often leave reviews, but your hassling me by bombarding me with calls proves you're only out for good reviews - won't be happening from me!

Ordering was easy and delivery quick, pleased with item.

I received my order in really good time and my little girl loves it.
Unfortunately I made a mistake on the delivery address and emailed them shortly after my order was placed to arrange for it to get it delivered to my work.
Although the first line of the address was correct it still had my number and road on of my personal address but luckily the postman was able to fit it through the letter box.
Would definitely recommend this company and will be using again.
