Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience, company lacks professionalism and seems fraudulent.

I ordered numerous items that were not as described and some had the worst smell imaginable (metallic and like mold). I was very disappointed and respectfully reached out to their customer service for support. Their team was very unfriendly and kurt. I was shocked at the lack of customer service, not even an apology was offered!! On the contrary, they were defensive and claimed they never had issues like this in the past (as I can now see this was a blatant lie, as online reviews are full of stories like mine).

After sending back all of the items I am still waiting for a full refund (going on 3 weeks in counting since the items reached their warehouse). I have now opened an official dispute and will be taking legal action if necessary.

At first I thought Poppy Field might be a young inexperienced company, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I even took the time to write them a constructive email where I shared my unpleasant experience as a customer and my disappointment with the lack of apology and rudeness I encountered dealing with them. To this day the company has not responded at all.

Such a shame.

I hope the company will take these countless negative online reviews seriously and remedy their lack of professionalism, so that other customers don't have a similar horrific experience in the future.

Don’t buy there!!!

I bought a dress in sale which was too small. But it turns out that sale items cannot be returned. This is NOT written on their return page. It is not possible to get in contact with them. They don’t reply to mails and the telephone number I found is also unavailable. So don’t buy there!! They mislead you and are unreliable.

I really fell in love with Poppyfield the label

I bought one dress and one pair of trousers. Both are great! Great fabric, great shape, I love how they fit me. Absolutely perfect!
I will buy again. The shipment was really quick and I was well informed throughout it.
I fell in love with Poppyfield the label. ❤️

I see that your order is being delivered today.
Just so you know, you ordered your order on Sunday, July 10, your order was shipped on July 11, the next day as standard. Unfortunately in France the 14th of July is a national holiday so no business or activity is running. So that probably slowed down the journey of your package
The delays for Luxembourg are always a little longer with the local post office we do not know why and this service is beyond our control.
However, if you are in a hurry we offer an express service with UPS.

I ordered online

I ordered online. Nothing happened and I went to check where my order was online. It just said order had been cancelled. I had no notification from the company that they had cancelled my order or any explanation as to when until I contacted them and only then did they say I was to be refunded.

Yes, unfortunately we have stock problems from time to time on some models especially when sales are high. Here are the joys of computing.
You have received an email from the system that the order has been cancelled and of course automatically refunded on June 17 where it is well notified that the dress is not available.


In addition, you sent us a message on Wednesday to confirm the cancellation of the sale and we replied the next day at the opening to confirm the cancellation and the refund.
The customer service seems very responsive and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

never again!
I ordered 3 Items,the material felt weird and smelled like cigarettes.One Item was a different one than I ordered.When I complained,I was told to be rude.
After returning all three items I had to wait almost a month for my refund and even had to remind them.For the return they also charge 10€

After checking the items, they absolutely did not smell like cigarettes, the clothes are packaged and stored in a healthy warehouse where smoking and eating are prohibited.

On the other hand you bought a skirt last year which is designed with the same material that you returned, therefore your arguments are not valid.

We are sorry that you are not satisfied, but we confirm that the material is the same and that the refund has been made, despite the unfounded arguments.

You sent us an email on Saturday to ask us for a return, our customer service replied to you on Monday with all the details and return adress. Please note that the offices are closed on weekends.
