The posters arrived after 3 days and bad customer service
The posters arrived after 3 days. I got no text, no email and there was no change on the page regarding the delivery. I got them after contacting customer support, who are real and friendly people which i appreciated. But with the rather higher price, there should be no problems with the delivery.
edit : After i posted this review, they contacted me and asked me to change it. In that communication, they were providing false information. The "customer service" was rude and dishonest and had no basic customer service skills, it was rather kids playing up a startup.
edit to the answer: the delivery was NOT within 3 days, it was over 3 days and only after I have contacted you. Please stop stating incorrect information and that is how you can start with basic customer service.
and i am ok with posting the emails i got from Sara, so you can see how bad it looks ?
