SCAMMERS!!!! Shoes confiscated by customs and there is nothing I can do.
I ordered a $175 pair of shoes in November of 2025. In several weeks I received an email from their company stating that the shoes were confiscated in customs and that I needed to file a dispute with my credit card company. American Express would not let me file a dispute because customs was involved. After spending many hours on the phone with customs and the credit card company, it was clear that the only way I would get my money back was if the company refunded me or sent me the shoes. The company continues to refuse to do either. They repeatedly state that they can neither refund my money nor send me another pair of shoes. I am out $175.
