Chef cancelled hours before event and kept my payment
I booked a chef through PopTop for a 50th birthday. I paid the deposit to PopTop and the remaining balance directly to the chef.
The chef cancelled just a few hours before the event. PopTop refunded the deposit, but the chef has still not returned the balance for a service he never provided. Despite repeated promises, I’m still waiting.
I’m shocked PopTop continues to advertise him despite this breach of contract. Very disappointing experience.

We immediately terminated our partnership with Matei, and his services are no longer listed with us.

Elite Landjets 6-seater Mercedes Benz party bus experience
Huge shoutout to Luke who was our Chauffeur! We had an amazing one hour in the car, but only took videos which cannot be uploaded! Luke arrived 5-10 minutes early, and also was able to help resolve mishaps on the drive! Our package came with a tabletop and champagne bucket, and the host/owner was very generous and accommodating with our transfer requests. Definitely a highlight of the night and I would definitely do this again.
