POOR SERVICE

I placed an order with the company and was initially informed that the estimated delivery date was set for November 6, 2024. However, this date continued to slip with no proactive communication from the company. Each time there was a delay, I had to follow up either by calling your front desk or reaching out directly to my salesperson, August Fowler, to receive an update. This lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional.

The most recent incident occurred when I contacted Mr. Fowler again about my order. He informed me that it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. However, when my contractor arrived at the store today (12/9/24), they were told the order was not ready for pickup until Wednesday, December 11, 2024. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, especially given the previous assurances I had received.

I spoke to the so-called store manager, Merced Acevedo, on 12/10/2024. He was so arrogant that he couldn't help with my situation. He just said I could do whatever I wanted.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!

Chose another tile company.

Chose another tile company.
I was basically ignored. Staff was borderline rude, not helpful at all. Being mislead ended up costing me approimately $300 in mistakes. The whole experience was icky. Anyplace else would have been better.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PORCELANOSA.
Once again more problems, Porcelanosa tap rusting.
Our hand shower would not stay at the desired height this is after six years,(Bend Mix Shower Column) They were selling this for around £1400.
Now the Pocelanosa toilet dampers have stopped working and the hand shower has broken I thought you've paid good money for bad quality.
And the delivery charges are £25.00.
After you've read my post it can't get any worse, O YES
It will take, ARE YOU READY, 5 MONTHS TO DELIVER.
It's a joke,
You take your car in for a service and they tell you to wait 5 MONTHS for a part.
Pros, it looks good
Con, Quality is not good enough for the prices they sell for.
5 MONTHS TO WAIT FOR PARTS, IT'S MAD

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service. They need a whole new staff at Stamford branch.
I dealt with this lady who didn’t care at all.
I did so much business with them but no acknowledgment the next time you go.
Always have to wait even with appointment for over an hour.

Rust stains on Shower column

We renovated 3 bathrooms with almost all materials from the Rockville store of Porcelanosa including a shower column, an expensive Porcelanosa brand product. After less than 2 months of use, multiple rust stains appeared on one side of the shower column. When I contacted them I was told this was a result of using 'harsh cleaning products' and that I should not use vinegar/ammonia/bleach. We do not use any of those products. We clean all surfaces including rest of the shower column, linear drain cover, towel bar, shower door handle & hinges - all steel materials - the same way and none of those have shown any damage. I was really disappointed that they do not stand behind their own name brand product and refused to take any responsibility for a defective product. We have other projects including kitchen renovation but will be looking elsewhere for completing the projects.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Sales representative didn't show up for an appointment scheduled in advance. E-mailed 10minutes passed the appointment time saying she will be taking care of another customer. what a blatant disrespect! Hope the management is reading the reviews and do something.

Worst of the worst customer service!!
Worst of the worst customer service!!! Not only have they been completely unresponsive for over a year (sent multiple emails and calls before getting a hold of someone), I have had numerous staff transitions which has create significant project delays. And, numerous "miscommunications" internally where my order hasn't been processed in a timely way. I paid in full and yet it took weeks after I paid in full for them to get my order in. I have waited 14 weeks for my kitchen products and was told everything was in, scheduled a contractor to start work and then was told it would be another 5 weeks following the 14 weeks. So I am still waiting. Terrible! Unacceptable! Frustrating! Think very hard about using this company. You pay a premium for the worst customer service, long waits, and incompetent staff. If there was a 0 or negative score I could give I would.

Excellent customer service even when I had to order extra tiles they arranged delivery and sorted out the problem with no fuss. Really pleased with the result.
