They Got Paid – Now They Want My ID?!
I paid using a valid card in my name. Despite my bank confirming the transaction, Porsay refused to ship my package unless I sent a video of my bank account and a photo of my ID. No clear reason, just copy-paste replies. Their own dashboard shows “Awaiting Shipping,” but they won’t admit payment went through. Feels shady -- I’ve reported them. Avoid this service.

Apparently Porsay thinks they’re above banks now. My card issuer verified my identity and confirmed the payment -- in writing. But that’s not enough for this shady parcel service. They want my ID, a bank video, maybe next they'll ask for a DNA sample.
You're not a financial institution. You're a shipping middleman holding paid parcels hostage behind made-up "verification" hoops. It's not fraud prevention -- it’s pure extortion.

You implied fraud, yet you shipped the order. Those two facts cannot coexist. Shipping is confirmation that no fraud existed. If you had bothered to verify before lying publicly, you would know that.
You accepted payment, withheld a paid order, demanded extra personal details, then tried to justify it afterward as “routine verification.” That is not fraud prevention. That is leverage.

No fraud. No refund offer. Just delay, accusations, and backpedaling.

Hello, I shipped a package on December 11 and the full amount was paid. My name is Issam Touati and I am a customer at Porsay. I paid, but my package has not arrived until today. They are making excuses that the colissimo shipping company is at fault. I filed a complaint, but to no avail. There was a lot of procrastination. In the end, my package was lost and I lost $17. When I decided to ship my parcel, an employee (his name is NASER) from Porsay texted me immediately and advised me to rearrange my shipping so it would cost fewer fees. Besides, my Parcel delivered within 2 days.. I confirmed the shipping on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday..! AMAZING !! I highly recommend dealing with Porsay.
