If you have just to change your battery, which sometimes happens and it’s a normal thing, be aware that after that, maybe no more Navigaion is working properly bec Porsche stopped updates…. but then, if just a change of the car battery causes big problems, they don’t help at all and ask yoi to pay 6.000€ for a new system…
And the staff at the customerservice head-office can’t offer any help…

We received an order end in April 2025, some items were not as expected and we requested a return form early May and had to chase several times to receive. We returned items immediately after receiving return label.
Now it is July 2025 and we have not received any funds in return or any response or apologies. We will never buy from them again! I have just sent our details and return reference again!

Below 0 is the service. Incredible that such company can be ultra bad, rude an arrogant. I am still waiting for a mandatory recall repair and still weeks and probably months waiting for a repair. Certainly Mercedes Benz can teach these losers a lesson on how to make a good car and how to fix their own manufacturing errors. Losers !
