Motorcycle collection and delivery
Very easy to use website, contact via several methods like email WhatsApp etc along every step , can't fault it , I had a motorcycle picked up and because of the weight the website said it would take two people but I emailed them and they confirmed it doesn't as the bike rolls etc so that was the only "issue" not really an issue though, the bike was in Scotland, I'm in south Cheshire, my time and the distance to what it cost me was just a bit of a no brainer as it would have taken me about 13 to 14 hours at least round trip , bike was picked up Friday night , delivered Monday morning absolutely no issues, very happy 😁

Great communication, speedy and trustworthy
I needed to return a mattress to an online retailer. Porta Delivery were great. They communicated with me efficiently from start to finish and arrived exactly when they said they would, so I was not waiting around all day. They documented their pick up and delivery with photographs and sent me updated photos. All very appreciated. Great service. I was really impressed.

Great convenient and responsive- def use again
I was really pleased with Porta- they responded really quickly, gave a good price, and kept in touch. Even when they informed me the chosen driver couldn’t do the job anymore - and to be honest I was worried- they provided another driver super quick with no issues. The driver and helper were great- polite, effective and careful. And… hi est as I was about to give them the balance of the payment! Thank you will definitely use Porta again!

Stress-free bicycle transportation
Very practical approach to transporting a bicycle ~ no specific requirement to package the bike ( although I did pop a bit of protection on the frame and pedals ) and I felt the price was reasonable, given that they collected from me the next day, and delivered to my customer the day after.
Very good customer service too… continuous updates via text and email.

Such a surprisingly great service
Such a surprisingly great service, prices using other services were ridiculous and unaffordable. This easy to book collection of an ebay item. Booked a removal van (can choose one/two man, if need item delivered set day or bit cheaper over 7-14 days). Was competitive, great communication from my delivery man Gavin, no issues. Definitely will use again.

The driver was really nice
The driver was really nice, communicated well and there was no stress in the process. I had a 6 seater table delivered from over 4 hours away, it was just 1 courier, someone helped load on the pick up and I helped unload on the delivery and it worked really well.
