Deliver/Install of gym equipment

This delivery/Install company were contracted as part of the equipment purchase from FITSHOP. It took them 0ver 12 days to contact me and another 2 weeks to attempt delivery. They have so far given me dates, msg'd me the day before to confirm and on the day they don't turn up or they msg again to say they can't deliver and it'll take 48 hours for them to consider a new date. They have a real problem with sorting out their daily manifest and routing for driver teams hence the chaos. I would not use a company that use these delivery people.
