Been Shafted by these potatoes it seems, no communication, paid for a breakfast bar and 2 stools and haven't heard a peep out of them. Ordered in August and its now October, i don't even want my orders now, i just want a refund but no replies from them at all, will be looking at consumer rights and legal advice.

What went wrong this time is trustpilot's question ..... everything!
Ordered an item only £50.99 (not a lot in the grand scheme) but if you multiply it with all the other unsuspecting customers who've never received their orders, well it soon adds up to a tidy bit of spending money for someone!!
Tried calling this company - no answer, tried mailing - no response, tried texting - nothing. I couldn't even leave a message as the mail box was full. Probably full of other unsuspecting conned customers chasing their orders.
This company is FRAUDULENT and nothing is being done to put a stop to them conning more customers.
They even had the audacity to ask me for a review of the product I'd ordered and supposedly received. Emailed back with a few expletives demanding my product or my money back.... no response!
I had to give it one star to write this message it deserves ZERO STARS.
Probably see this cowboy outfit on Watchdog or crime watch one day.
Next step bank to initiate a charge-back.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - READ ALL THE REVIEWS.

Absolutely brilliant. Beautiful workmanship. We had a brilliant bespoke piece made, really well thought through design, solid well built piece. Just working out ideas for the next piece! Thank you

Bar ordered end of April and arrived early May. We ordered a bar with under counter LED lights, paying a little bit extra for them.
When the bar arrived, the assembly instructions did not match the bar delivered and there were no lights.
I contacted Porter Bars but had no reply.
I assembled the bar to find very rough finish to every part.
Despite several
Attempts to obtain our missing led lights, we have had no response and now resorting to claiming via our credit card company.

I strongly advise avoiding this business at all costs.

Bought a bar in their sale for £128.99.
The bar never arrived. I emailed them and they didn't reply. I emailed then threatening Police action they then replied saying they had been trying to contact me as I didn't give them my house number. Which was utter nonsense because the shipping address and billing address from the invoice they gave me had my full address on it. They then tried to threaten me with the police saying they would report me for Fraud if I got my money back off my bank.
Anyway I got my money back thankfully.
Be aware this company are now called Onlinebars

Like most of us my bar after 2mths has never showed up.
I paid on visa and have gone to my bank and money has been refunded!
Porter bars tried to take the money again but failed!😡😂
The cheek of trying to take money again for a non existent product! Only one word left to say……AVOID!!!

I bought a wine rack for £39 it never arrived I know it’s not a lot I can live with it but I’m thinking about the other people that they do the same. AVOID THIS SCAMMERS

I order a table 5 weeks ago hears nothing back. Anyone got a phone number so I can phone. I've sent a few emails and got nothing back from them.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Placed order, money taken immediately but items never received. Emails ignored, instant messaging via website ignored, answerphone messages ignored. I can’t obtain a refund through my credit card as it’s less than £100, so not a huge amount but it still hurts! I stupidly believed the website when it quoted an excellent trustpilot score. In retrospect I should’ve checked. As far as I’m concerned this is a scam company. Do not use!!

When searching for a bar for the garden I came across Porter Bars on the Internet. Their website had a good selection of bars to choose from and the company had a 4.7 review score on Etsy. So all looked good and I ordered the bar, quoted 5-7 day delivery. After this period had elapsed and without the bar turning up I looked to contact the company. No phone number so tried email and after a few days delay I had a reply to advise the product would be arriving late due to high demand. The bar eventually arrived and as per the information on the website, which includes an assembly video, I was expecting to do some product assembly but what I wasn't expecting was a pile of badly packaged wood with no assembly instructions, no fixings and nothing like the video on the website! I contacted the company for help, no replies to my email or messenger requests. After a week I advised Porter Bars that I would be asking my credit card company to recover my costs. I got an instant reply advising me the product had changed from that on the website and I'd have to assembly from scratch... without any instructions or fixings! To say the least I'm very disappointed and won't be using this company again.

Ordered bar, not delivered. Every time I chased they said it was getting dispatched. After several emails they sent me a picture they said to prove it was going to be dispatched. The picture was of small peices of wood they said one pile was my bar. I’m no joiner but I don’t even think the best carpenter in the world could build a bar from the pile they sent me in a picture. Still nothing received

The items took ages to turn up after giving them a deadline to deliver. They turned up broken. As they do not respond to emails, voicemails. Trying to get them to collect and refund is a joke.
I went straight to American Express and started section 75. They gave me my money back straight away, they are now going to them to get the money back. When I emailed this to them, hey they replied!! and said I have to return the broken ones.
Nope they can collect and pay for the collection themselves. I have got confirmation I do not pay as the items were broken.
I have sent about 6 emails to say when are they coming to collect but no response.
Always pay by credit card any problems you have with buying something over £100 you will get your money back.
On my bank statement it has a mobile number not linked to the company.
Going to send information to BBC watchdog this company rips people off. They need to be stopped.
So please please please do not use them.
Read the other reviews.

Item doesn't arrive! Been over 15 working days was told 5-7 days! Give them benefit of doubt as get a new business but this is a joke. Communication is poor wish I had seen these reviews prior. Shame as looks like a good product!

Also on the website stating 4.5 stars on trust pilot is fraud!

Sort it out ASAP and I will change my review but looking at other reviews not interested in putting things right!

If I could give Zero stars it would have been more realistic. Ordered a rustic console table. No reply to messages/Emails or updates after 10 days. After 14 days, with product still in production, I sent a final message on their live chat messaging system saying I was going to my bank and requesting a chargeback. Within 15 mins my order was cancelled and they put the reason for cancellation as Fraud lol. Awaiting my refund now which should take 5-7 days. If it doesn't come through I will get my bank to initiate the chargeback.

This is a pathetic company, who neither deliver by the time stated on their advert, nor answer your contact messages, no matter how many times you try. I would suggest, it is a company struggling to keep its customers due to poor products, which I can't attest to because, I'm still waiting on a delivery, which I will refuse to accept now that is well past the time specified by them on their home site. Their delivery times are garbage, and when you wait on the slots given, they do not turn up. APC was their choice of delivery agent, and I blamed them for time wasting, only to find out that they hadn't been sent the goods.

If you order from these time wasters, then you can no longer say you haven't been warned. Even Amazon has suspended comments on their goods, and if you check the last comment on their L shaped home bar, with a five star rating on that site, check his surname.

Give these people a wide berth.

Most of their reviews with high ratings, I suspect are fake.

I do think reviews are normally made up half the time, but I purchased two items from these @ £150 total.
Now been over a month without any items, they contacted me two weeks ago saying the items would be ready and sent on next day. Still waiting, trying to contact them and getting no more response.
I would advise everyone not to use these, now in process of trying to get a refund through my bank.

Would give 6 stars if possible! highly recommend. Good value for money delivered within 4 days our bar. Thank you

Customer service is shocking, and when they do respond to you they either give you the wrong information or lie to you. Also the chat service on the website that says we reply immediately does not get you a reply at all.
