Paid for "Exclusionary" coverage, then denied for a common repair
I bought the expensive Portfolio One Plan 1E Exclusionary warranty thinking it would actually cover things. When my ventilation fan failed (a very common issue), I called their support first. They told me I could use a mobile RV service because it was cheaper and faster.
The tech came to my house and replaced it in 40 minutes. Claim denied for “No Prior Authorization.”
Their phone rep clearly misled me. Zero accountability. Don’t waste your money on this company — they sell warranties but won’t stand behind them.
