I love the platform’s intent; it fills a huge vacuum in the industry. However, the interface and ease of use need further refinement for the platform to fulfill its potential. Excited to see how things evolve.

Looking for investment advice and understanding how whole trading system works. Tried many forums, portfoliopilot does a great job explaining it. I am pretty comfortable with every tool website offers.

I have found this service to be severely lacking. The investment suggestions have been terrible - -instant money losers like GNR and STRIPS have cost me multiple thousands of dollars. It suggested buying RING after the run up and before a small correction. It suggests I buy 156,000 of Zoom, which i frankly can't believe is the best stock idea right now.

Even the portfolio analysis is off. For one thing, it doesn't correctly track my AVUV fund as small cap. That's a no brainer that points to other basic issues under the hood.

The YouTube's on how to get the most out of Portfolio Pilot are similarly weak. I had hopes for this product, but they have not been borne out.

Even with direct access to my Vanguard account, portfolio pilot cannot see the individual investments in my account, and classifies everything as cash, making all of the financial recommendations useless to me

Integrating all of my accounts into portfolio pilot was super easy, I was able to optimize my risk rated return and have been very happy with the data driven approach and recommendations.

What a human usually charges 1.00% of your AUM. You can have similar (dare I say better ) help from an unbiased AI partner.

I'm giving this 5 stars because I think it's the future and these guys have made an admirable attempt at creating an AI augmented portfolio management solution. I appreciate the analytics and visibility into my portfolio, as well as the occasional recommendation based on my activity. Though I'm giving it five stars (for being innovative, forward thinking and for maintaining a robust free usage tier), I think a lot can be improved. Recommendations are often disconnected from investment themes in the portfolio, and, last I checked, the AI search and market summaries weren't actionable quality. I hope they'll continue to get better.

Easy to navigate, secure and provides genuinely helpful feedback on my portfolio.

the forcest of the yearly retorn is not reasenebal and i lookt like on the simbel ysg qqq and more it does not mach plain logic and like the simbel ysg wont grow 7% becoes it grew the last year 50% with olmost no reson. and you say that the qqq will grow 6% i saw that your forcast is not on a track that was tro in the hitory

So far so good, I'm still learning the finance terminology, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. I keep running into a few problems but I think it's me, not the software.

Importing accounts was not smooth. Had to delete and reconnect accounts several times to get it to work. System did not initially recognize several Fortune 500 ticker symbols. Getting portfolio recommendations is slow (system thinks for a long time).

I like the idea and would see value, but not sure I would use it due to the slowness of the system.

Recommendations could use some context - I like how Grok3 gives the play by play of what it is thinking and how it comes to it's conclusions. I recommend incorporating some of that in the recommendations. Instead of just recommending one ETF, maybe tell the story of others that were considered and why they weren't chosen.

It’s the most useful tracker and advisor tool I’ve ever used but it needs some refinement. Specifically, a dedicated mobile site/app. Also it can be a tad difficult to find certain advice and data due to how it’s presented. It could use a little consolidation and simplification. Otherwise, there’s nothing out there that comes even close to what this platform does.

Awesome to have the AI give me actual suggestions on what to do next - I like being able to update the amounts in the financial advice

Some of the overall portfolio recommendations are at odds with individual portfolio recommendations. Additionally, the values for the linked accounts don't sync as accurately after the initial upload.

Time will tell if the recommendations are effective. But, I have a more balanced, risk adjusted portfolio - so, I'm hopeful.

The concept is fabulous. The time to run an iteration is too long. Reminds me of the days of dial up. Could be much much faster.

Then, if the portfolio actually worked as intended is another question I can’t answer yet.

The interface is too busy. Basic stocks are not listed. Corning (GLW) and DNP Select Income is not available. Both have been around for 20+ years.

I like the idea, but the execution needs work.

Although customer support is responsive, the answers do not address the root causes of my issues. For example still unresolved., difficulties connecting to financial institutions, how to delete sub account from brokerage portfolio….. leaning towards not subscribing after free trial period.
