Ordered a pocket door which was very expensive. Within weeks of it being installed the door bowed. When we contacted the sales rep he insisted the issue was our fault and it must have been stored incorrectly (which is wasn’t) with no replacement offered… don’t believe the 10 year guarantee on faulty products claim on their website!
This Company made 5 doors for our residence in 2016. We ordered them to be veneered from the illustration on their website. Four were as ordered and the fifth completely different from, as they stated, a different part of the wood. They refused to re-veneer the door as they said it was our fault as we had not told them the doors were in sight of each other - in other words the customer is always wrong.
