Swift, reliable and professional !
The motor of our garage door failed unexpectedly.
I hunted for and found 3 quotes and selected Portomatic as theirs was the most clear and they responded the fastest to some queries I had.
Once I signed the quote, they called me the same day and arranged an engineer to come the same week. Chris arrived and did a super job. Very professional and friendly and managed to complete some work we were unsure would work (eg. connecting to the prior key access).
He cleaned up after himself and explained all the features and how to lubricate the mechanisms.
