Hat and boots cut off in picture and I can't frame it.
I really like the picture, but when it was cut, the hat and boots were cut off. I was disappointed. I can't even frame the picture. I feel it was a waste of my time and money. If the business could redo the portrait without cutting off the hat and boots, I would accept that.
