I have used the service multiple times and has always been perfect. Always ready to be collected from my chosen location and easy to use. I drop it off at the airport on my return to the UK which means I don’t have to go out of my way. I’ll be using the service again very soon.

Very easy to use. I would recommend it.

However, the device ran out of battery very quickly and had to stay on the charger all day, otherwise it would not fully charge. It also had to be switched off at night, because otherwise it was already empty again in the morning, even though it had not been used.

I have used the service several times now and have never encountered a problem. The Whats-app chat is the quickest and best way to converse.

When the device was working properly, the service was as good as ever. Unfortunately I pulled the charging cable out of its plug in error, and when I tried to use the Internet, I merely got a message saying “No Internet”, even though I had fully charged the device when first logging on. Trying to reconnect with Portugal_internet plus password prompted the answer “Cannot find Portugal_internet” Nothing I could do replaced the connection, and when I tried to call the office, all that was on offer was “we cannot answer your call, please leave a message”. I know it was Friday evening at 18:15, but this meant I was without usage until Monday morning as it became obvious when I tried on Saturday morning that the office was closed for the weekend.
Luckily on Monday morning, Elsa was very helpful and took me through the rather complicated procedure to reconnect the service, but it is a pity that this was not explained in full on the sheet which was sent with the device. It was also lucky that I was at home and not stranded, which could have had more severe consequences for someone with a breakdown, for instance.

This is a really convenient and value for money service to access good quality short term internet access in Portugal

Great service, pick up was hassle free and I posted it in the envelope provided at the airport. The entire process was easy and efficient!

The wifi hotspot works well for a reasonable price. However if you are going to Madeira you can not collect at the airport & do not expect to receive it on the day you specify delivery for.

Portugal internet's mobile wi-fi was easy to use and provided high-speed internet wherever we travelled in Portugal. It was waiting for us at the hotel counter when we checked in and was as easy to send back at the end of our trip. Highly recommended.

Perfect for travel, work, or living. Suitable for two working parents, two kids, and all that entails. Extremely easy pick up/delivery or drop off. Repeat customer!

This was so easy and worked so well! The device was delivered to my hotel ahead of time, ready for me at check in. I was able to connect my devices straightaway as the instructions were very clear and there was an addressed paid envelope to return it at the end of my holiday. I would recommend this and will definitely be using this again!

Picked up the device at a post office. Came with everything needed and worked perfectly while we were on vacation. And just dropped it off at the post office when our vacation was over. Super convenient and easy to use.

This is the second year we used Portugal Internet. We find it is easy to obtain, use and return. Internet access is always available with excellent speed and reliability. We carry it everywhere we go and recommend it to everyone.
