This was so easy and worked so well! The device was delivered to my hotel ahead of time, ready for me at check in. I was able to connect my devices straightaway as the instructions were very clear and there was an addressed paid envelope to return it at the end of my holiday. I would recommend this and will definitely be using this again!

Picked up the device at a post office. Came with everything needed and worked perfectly while we were on vacation. And just dropped it off at the post office when our vacation was over. Super convenient and easy to use.

I needed temporary internet access while on holidays in Portugal. The options seemed a bit confusing and I was not comfotable using an esim. When i explored Portugal Internet i was pleased to see that I could pick up a Dongle at my local post office in Alvor, use it and then return it by post. The quality of the connection was very good and i could both log on to my meetings and watch netflix which was great in the poor weather. The whole process was simple and using the local post office was great. I will use Portugal Internet in the future. Good Value, Good Connection, Simple Procedure.

It was very easy to pick up the wifi device in the airport and return to the mailbox just outside the airport. It was extremely useful and valuable having this device to use in our condo and also while out and about to avoid paying for international cell service. I highly recommend this company!

Quick and simple service. Great coverage with mi fi as usual. Been doing this with PI for 6 years plus and always works well.

Firstly, Portugal Internet deliver your device to any location; this time we crossed into Portugal and stayed in Elvas, so they sent the device to our hotel, and it arrived the day before our check in, waiting for us, brilliant. Communication is superb, the mini Wi-Fi hotspot we ordered has great coverage with any number of devices connected; in car google maps, Spotify for music, checking emails, social media, all working whilst we were on the go travelling around the country. All that plus streaming TV or films when we were staying at our apartment. I would highly recommend Portugal Internet, especially the mini Wi-Fi, for your connectivity.

Fantastic service from Miguel at Portugal Internet from the point of order to receiving the mobile router.

I needed to change the delivery details after ordering and Miguel was so helpful and accommodating.

Really pleased with the mobile router as well. The signal strength / speed is far superior to the broadband in the apartment we've rented which as we're here for a few weeks would have caused me an issue.

The WiFi egg was very easy to book on their website and the communication with their team via email was quick, helpful and responsive!

Will book in the future if needed!
