Awful experience when turning up to a property booked via Airbnb with these chaps. Property is not as advertised it’s in a car park on a building site with dead mice in open drains and vans blocking the “beautiful sea view” throughout the day.
Agreed a full refund for unused nights with Max the property manager then discovered it was not a full refund at all.

Just return from a great week in Cornwall. We stayed in Turnstone. Accommodation though pricey was well equipped, spotlessly clean and had amazing views.
