It was a little tricky to connect because the port on the back was covered by the sticker so I was confused by the cable it came with. Once I discovered the port under the sticker, it was easy to get up and running and I love the product!
I can't give this product any high reviews because this is the second one I have had to buy in the last 2 years. Also, I would love to be able to make the print a tiny bit larger on our tags but cannot.

I'm not sure how the number above relates to what I bought, but the ZD411 I purchased is working out well, quietly doing its expected job with no post-setup issues. I anticipate years of great usefulness.
