They really sound like they work for your company. Their receptionists are all native English speakers and they do a really good job of following your prompts in a common sense manner. Customer service was very responsive as well.

I own a company that is always getting customer calls and if we don't answer the phone, we can easily loose that client. I found this service through a colleague in the same industry that uses it. We have been using POSH now for a few months and it has been great. There has been some issues with certain people not correctly tracking the call or not getting the right information but they are very quick to get it fixed. The customer service is really good and they are always available to help. Knowing that I can actually have a day off with my family and the calls are being answered without having to hire a full-time employee is worth everything.

As a small business, having a real person who speaks very well and politely answer the phone is necessary. The receptionists do a great job. The app is great. I love being able to text and call through it.

The receptionists are professional and extremely polite and overall the service is very good.. My only issue is that when the calls come in to your cell phone, the number that appears does not say Posh.....various numbers appear and you never really know who's calling you.

Like most business owners today, I'm running my company from my phone. Having my calls answered professionally before either transferring the call to me or taking a message, is paramount. Every receptionist has handled calls with professionalism and all my messages have been thorough and accurate. POSH has been a great experience for me.

POSH has been a wonderful experience so far. Easy onboarding, my instructions and scripts for calls are followed well and consistently. I can easily and quickly reach out to my account contact anytime I need anything. Truly “5 stars”!
