The Poshera is ineffective! It’s supposed to provide a clean shave, but it struggles even with just two days' growth. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and they provided me with usage instructions, but it didn’t help at all. I've wasted my money and can’t return it because I threw the box away.

I was never told that a signature was required so I missed my guaranteed delivery date. I was told that that was not their fault that, and I needed to make time to go pick it up. I didn’t have time so I asked for a refund since no one informed me I would need to sign for the dress. I was told that it wasn't their fault that UPS required a signature. When I spoke with UPS they said that it's their policy to use their discretion. I sent another email pointing out that they chose to use a company whose policies were not in line with the guarantees that they make to their customers. Long story short even after I left work mid-day( the event was a work thing so my boss and coworkers were greatly inconvenienced) I still never got the dress. Like never got it. And no refund.
Update: After I posted this review I was told I would be issued a refund and asked to change the review. I said that I felt one star accurately reflected my experience and was told that I was being unfair. I have not received the refund, but I just got my second email about changing the review. And I did change it a little to be "factually correct".
Update: I did receive a full refund
If there was an option to select no stars, I would! How nice that everyone else on here received what they actually ordered because I @#%! didn't. I received the wrong dress and yet poshare refuses to refund my money. Poor business ethics. If you want a company that specialises in ripping people off, poshare is it.

You have received the dress over a month prior to contacting us about the issue. Why did you wait so long? Due to the special occasion nature of our business, we ask that customers inform us of any problems within 48 hours from the receipt of the package. That said, we would have accepted the dress if you have reached out to us within a week, but we can't do much if you reach out to us a month later.
You were shipped the style of white blouson gown by Adrianna Papell that you ordered, however, the beading pattern was slightly different, for which we sincerely apologize. According to the seller, they did not notice that the designer has changed the pattern in the new collection. Although we deeply apologize for this inconvenience, it is very possible that the seller has simply missed it and made an honest error.
That said, we would have gladly accepted this dress for a full refund if you have contacted us in a timely manner, not a month later.
I have rented gowns from Poshare numerous times for different occasions and I am just in awe of every single one each time. Jovani has been my favorite lately, such a stunning selection to choose from. Customer service has been top notch each time I have questions or need advice, delivery is always timely and gowns arrive in perfect shape. I am excited to continue renting for my upcoming events, all the ladies within my circle are now on board also!
I rented a designer dress from Poshare for my sister’s wedding last week and couldn’t be happier! I got a beautiful embellished gown by Adrianna Papell, my order arrived two days early which I definitely appreciated.
