Posh Peanut satisfied clients.

Posh Peanut, and Rep Cherry have always been kind and thorough when handling any of the questions I have had for them.
I love the brand, actually my whole family loves the brand. Especially having sensory sensitivities it’s comfortable, thin, light, calm, and when you need weight their blankets are perfect for that. We are so pleased with everything we have purchased… I pretty much have posh arriving weekly. 🤣

Cherry from costumer service helped me with a refund and was very helpful. I'm a little bit disappointed because the item wasn't available but the service was great.

Posh Peanut- Poor Customer Service

I placed my first order with Posh Peanut on June 9, 2025. Being in Canada, they used DHL express as their choice shipper. Following the shipment through the shop app, DHL’s and Posh Peanut’s updates, it was marked as delivered on June 18. The package was NOT at our door, unfortunately. I emailed DHL and Posh Peanut to which DHL express said that the delivery was to their third party shipper not to me directly, and due to labour disputes, they were experiencing delays, but would investigate and get back to me in 48 to 72 hours. Posh Peanut’s said to follow up with DHL and check with neighbours but they would also launch their own investigation. After a couple weeks of back and forth, along with very slow responses from both PP and DHL, no one is taking accountability for the lost package. Posh Peanut offered to do a one time accommodation to re-send the items but if it is out of stock they would NOT give a refund as it is already marked delivered on both ends. I did not appreciate the one time accommodation comment as I am sorry, but who chose DHL and will not accept their response that it was not delivered to the customer directly? You should be dealing with DHL, thank you.

Never in my life has a company refused a refund when the shipper is at fault. Insurance is the company’s responsibility in this case (and looks like they sent a claim through FM which they sent to me with no dialogue but that’s nice you are covered, have my money already for goods I do not have but rather give me store credit when I clearly conveyed this was not a solution I accept). As mentioned, the shipper has admitted the delivery is to their third party shipper’s, why is it the customer’s or MY issue?

As much as we love Posh Peanut’s pyjamas, we will NEVER buy directly from them again. I urge Canadians against buying from them as well. I suggested they use another shipper but I doubt one incident will change their minds. At this time, I am still working on a resolution and being 34 weeks pregnant, this is stress I do not need… It is so disappointing when I have purchased from other reliable American companies like Little Sleepies and the shipment came within a week. The pjs aren’t the same quality as PP but at least they are reliable in terms of delivery and it also came from the USA. I did an order with Silly George which shipped from Texas and it too arrived in less than 2 weeks. I have a subscription with FabFitFun and no issues ever. I get my goods at my door and if I have an issue, they solve it with an amazing resolution.

I am not trying to purposely put PP in the negative light, but their lack of a decent resolution and putting this delivery issue on me stating it is marked delivered when clearly DHL said it is not, just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this never happens to anyone else, but at least this is out there for your awareness. Yes I recommend Posh Peanut pjs as they last and my kid loves as well as grows with it, but if you are in Canada, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY. Find an alternative Canadian provider or go to Little Sleepies instead. Temu has excellent bamboo pjs for a fraction as well, just limited prints!

I have had a couple issues that have been resolved by Posh

I have had a couple situations with Posh that they have fixed the issues. But that’s among at least 50 orders. Once I had part of my package stolen out of the box and it was blanket from a popular drop. I contacted posh and they sent me a new one immediately. Queen was very helpful and was quick to get the problem resolved.
Then in May I purchased the Ariel shimmer swimsuit for my daughter. She just wore it the other day for the first time and it was so cute on! To my surprise when she came in from our pool, the “scale” design had worn off the majority of the bottoms and the purple top wasn’t shiny, it was dull and dingy. This was before even hand washing it and laying flat to dry. I took pictures and emailed posh. They were quick to respond and told me they would issue me a store credit and I didn’t have to send it back. I have at least 10 of their other swimsuits and never had this issue but the others also aren’t the shimmer ones, like they called this. I hope in the future they can fix these problems because the swimsuit is adorable! I appreciate them standing behind their products and trying to take care of the issues. Cherry was amazing and helpful in every step of the way. Within 24 hours I had been emailed a gift card to use on future purchases.

I do wish there wasn’t as many white designs since it’s scary for a toddler to wear. And I think the criss-cross rompers would be adorable if they were reversible! It would be great not to have to stress on big drop days like the princess drops to get what you want instead of trying to decide on what to go for since you can’t get it all. I’d rather pre order it, that way I know I can buy whatever I want and get it. Big drop days stress most of us out and we are lucky to get 2-3 items. Especially if you’re buying a blanket and a dress in a 5/6 or 7/8. I’m buying bigger in a 7/8 just to ensure I get it. And that’s just pure luck if you can get into the site and order without any glitches or issues. Like on the Alice drop I had one item to check out and lost the 5/6 cause it said I was hour and 5 mins too early to purchase. So when I back in I had to buy the 7/8 and it finally let me check out. And I was going through the vip page for 5 mins early. It was 10:01am before I checked out. Just my two cents worth. I do love the products and the collabs are great! The prints are beautiful!

I’ve ordered a few posh peanut items & They hold up great. We had a few other bamboo brands that rip at the seems but these have held up for years being used and abused lol.
I recently placed an order to an old address and they fixed it within 10 min of me emailing them.

Excellent Customer Service ❤️

I had a defect with one of the items I received, and it was a limited edition out-of-stock print so I was feeling a little disappointed.

My interaction with Queen exceeded my expectations and they made it more than right for me- surpassing any outcome I initially hoped for.

I walked away feeling super happy!! As a newer customer, it’s moments like these that speak volumes- they clearly reflect the care and value you have for their customers.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Queen was incredibly helpful when my tired mom brain fat fingered the shipping address. She was able to get the shipping address corrected with no delay to my expedited shipping.

I really wish the website was better

I really wish the website was better. It's glitchy and soooo slow. I miss every drop. Don't know how anyone buys anything. HORRIBLE inventory especially with high marketing. They NEED to fix inventory and technical issues somehow. I literally can't shop here and it's so frustrating.

Oversold items and no solutions

Purchased a matching set for a boy and a girl as a gift. Three days later I get a refund for one of the items. No warning, nobody reached out to ask if I’d like a replacement. They shipped only one item and when I contacted them they said the item was “oversold”. Sure I get it, but give me a solution! Now the item is more expensive AND I’d have to pay shipping. Horrible customer service and extra slow shipping times. I’m still waiting to hear from them. Also- look them up on reddit. Not a good company.
