I’ve had a really positive experience using Sidekick. One of the biggest benefits for me is how it keeps my closet consistently active, which has directly resulted in more visibility and, most importantly, more sales. As someone who manages a large inventory, it saves me time while still helping me stay competitive and engaged on the platform.

I love this app!
It has made crosslisting a breeze first and foremost. I love the charts, stats, sale notifications and everything about this app. Service when I have a problem is very fast. Usually within 30 min. There was a small problem last year in black Friday which was an unfortunate day for a mishap. But they did everything possible to get the issue fixed. Very happy with everything this app does.

This app has boosted my sales by 50%. I have little to no problems crosslisting. It's a great app!! Thank you 😊

Great customer service

I honestly do not know what I would do without sidekick tools! As soon as I knew, I wanted to grow my reselling business, sidekick tools has been there for me. While I work full-time, sidekick tools is working in the background relisting 60 day and older items, sending out offers to likers And even running silent auctions if I want to. I also make use of the cross listing feature so I can list to eBay. And you might think, so what? Lots of reseller tools do those things. But here is where sidekick tools are so different and so incredible. The team is so responsive. I can reach out to them at any time of the day or night and someone gets back to me so quickly. I really feel part of the sidekick family. Thank you so much psychic! If you are a reseller, this is definitely the tool for you.

I super enjoy the sharing feature, the cross-listing feature, the relisting feature, the stock photo generator feature, and the automated offers.

I have been using Sidekick Tools exclusively for the Poshmark platform and have been very happy with them. It is literally a set-it-and-forget-it tool. There have been a couple of technical glitches (one of which was never resolved involving the use of Reels) which is the only reason I do not give it a full 5*s but their Customer Service alone is FANTASTIC! Prompt, efficient, and really thorough. The real value and power of the app may well be in the ability to manage your listings across multiple platforms (which I do not do but am strongly considering just to fully maximize the power of Sidekick Tools). I look forward to an upgraded UI experience with the home page of the app.

I have used Sidekick Tools for approximately 7 months. I am still learning how to get the most out of the app for the price. I love having the ability to cross-list inventory to different platforms, I just wish that it would automatically update in Sidekick Tools once an update has been made in Poshmark, Mercari, etc. - seems to be just a one way communication with the app, but maybe I haven't figured it out just yet. I mainly purchased the subscription to assist with sharing, so I wish there was an option just for that to accommodate sellers that are just selling their own items and not a thrifter/full-time reseller. My closet prices are small, so a $30 price point takes a big chunk out of my sales that I sometimes dont break even at the end of the month. Customer service is AMAZING, and the response time is top-notch!

I love sidekick tools. I was making no sells and as soon as I started using sidekick tools I started making sells. They have different plans and different tools that can truly help your reselling journey. I started several years ago and I don’t regret it

The automation features are so convenient and helpful. Customer service is great with fast and helpful communication. I do wish there were more monthly crosslisting credits included in my plan.

Ever since I started using this Poshmark automation tool, managing my closet has become so much easier. I can quickly share my items, relist listings, and spend more time focusing on other parts of my small business.
