I am a passionate Psychologist and Ambassador for more Awareness. Coming from healing my own relational childhood traumas - I now mentor other people to be able to do the same, with the power of Positive Psychology and (Self-)Hypnosis. In matters of subjects I am specialised in Survivors of Narcissism, relational childhood trauma and attachment styles. I am not a therapist, I am a mentor - My mentees are high-functioning, highly self-reflected and eager-to-learn individuals who are striving to gain more awareness and self-efficacy to create the change they need in their lives. Also I am teaching Positive Psychology at the University in Regensburg, Germany and hold tailored workshops in remote working companies around that subject (e.g. Positive Leadership Management Trainings; Regulating the Nervous system short-term & long-term with PP; How we can use Positive Psychology for us and our clients, etc. ...) The "Positive Mondays" is a true heart project, where I support Psychology students / young Psychologists in their own personal and professional development and provide a structured monthly self-experience program based on Positive Psychology.See more
