Let Positive Being Coaching guide you on your path to a brighter and better future. I am Tracy Bevan and I am a Coaching Psychologist. I use Transformative Positive Psychology approaches to support clients to thrive. Work with me to build a better understanding of the things that sustain you, both at home and at work. Life is full of changes and challenges, like starting university, divorce, redundancy, menopause or retirement. These can all impact how we feel about ourselves. It is easy to forget what brings us joy and gives life meaning. I work with individuals to build their self-awareness so they can successfully navigate whatever life throws our way. When we understand what motivates and inspires us, what holds purpose and meaning for us and what truly makes us happy we start to reconnect with ourselves. We find too that we are not alone in facing challenges. Positive Psychology can help you find direction in life by gaining a deeper understanding of what truly brings you satisfaction. It is a process of becoming aware of emotions and motivations and their effects on our thoughts and behaviours. We use this self-knowledge to promote what is best in us by focusing on our strengths and building on what we can do. It is about nurturing those intangible but essential feelings, like hope, self-belief and compassion. For over 25 years I have supported people to manage life changes both as a housing professional and more recently as a transformative positive psychology coach. I have a Masters in Psychology, a Level 5 Diploma in Positive Psychology Coaching Practice and I am a professional member of the Positive Psychology Guild and a graduate member of the British Psychology Society (Coaching Division). I offer one to one wellbeing coaching using positive psychology principles and interventions as well as group coaching sessions on the topics of wellbeing, strengths and resilience. Working with me as your guide at Positive Being Coaching, you can start to uncover your unique talents, learn more about yourself and the psychology of positivity and, importantly, have some fun.
