I am sorry but all I can say is that…Be careful

I am sorry but all I can say is that all of you guys were lucky.
I was obviously one of the unlucky ones.
A few years ago Paul fitted a new gas boiler along with a new Flue out of the roof.
Boiler great, Flue a disgrace, my felt around the flue was absolutely butchered, Three years I asked for Paul to return to rectify and I was totally ignored.
Would I trust this person near any of my properties, would I use this person again, I THINK NOT.
