I engaged eLawyer Services Limited/possession proceedings for landlord and tenant advice. The legal advice provided was accurate and technically competent. Still, then i had to switch from a section 21 to 8 and they wanted to re-charge me however, my overall client experience was less positive. Communications were rigid and inflexible, with little opportunity for discussion or clarification on fees and process. Prospective clients should be aware that while the service may be legally sound, the level of responsiveness and client care may not meet everyone’s expectations. As I questioned the professionalism, they decided they didn't want my business.
